    @p_nikumar No pay revision for BSNL and MTNL working staff and their pensioners since 2017. Pension is paying by central government but no pension revision done by Sri Modi government . Fist solve our issue then talk about other employees. Keep your house in order then talk about others

    @rsprasad @CMDBSNL The ill adviced "outsourcing" of external plant in BSNL has resulted in poor services and customer faults are pending for months unattended. BSNL fastly loosing very large number of customers who migrated to other players via MNP. Urgent intervention please.

    @manojsinhabjp Just before few minutes few authorities came from bsnl and said this doesn’t belong to them... if it belongs to reliance jio or any other company pls govt help me.I would request u to take away the post as it is disturbing my home and safety issues..

    Very true, had they enforced all govt offices, CUGs of banks, railways, ministers all use only BSNL SIM cards, that wud have kept the service very busy active and thriving

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Landline complaint number 127272277712 with Bsnl chennai still unattended and fault not cleared till now. Standard of telecom service by bsnl is very substandard and poor. Kindly look into the matter to get the fault rectified as early as possible.

    Request to BSNL please increase the number of towers. The network condition is the same today as it was 13 years ago, only 4G has come in 2G areas. If you can't install new towers, then do tower sharing. The last thing is to increase the number of towers. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate All public sector banks has removed bsnl network from their system because of poor support, no accountability. Corporate business needs 100% availability which bsnl lags.
