@AshwiniVaishnaw Landline complaint number 127272277712 with Bsnl chennai still unattended and fault not cleared till now. Standard of telecom service by bsnl is very substandard and poor. Kindly look into the matter to get the fault rectified as early as possible.

I have started to feel like even the BSNL connection in my village was much better than this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel Fiber sucks. Now I am starting to regret my decision to switch from ACT fibre net to Airtel Fiber. Airtel has zero customer care.

@_ThirdSide_ MTNL, like many other PSUs, is an employment bureau. It had 40k employees in 2010. Now has 20K i believe. In 2 cities. Hence may find it tough to close. Unions and all will oppose. A few more years and it will get merged with BSNL. But ya, agree to your point. Bad management

@BSNLCorporate Landline is dead from almost 15 days. No response from ur team after registering complaint. It happens every month. Keeping Bsnl as a first contact for the business is the big mistake we do. RIP Bsnl. One day BSNL will become history.
