I request to please reconfirm whether I can port back to my old network. I ported from Airtel to BSNL in Dec'18 for better network. Now realised that I cant even recieve SMS/OTP intime in BSNL. BSNL fastly loosing very large number of customers who migrated to other players via MNP. Urgent intervention please.
