@rsprasad @CMDBSNL The ill adviced "outsourcing" of external plant in BSNL has resulted in poor services and customer faults are pending for months unattended. BSNL fastly loosing very large number of customers who migrated to other players via MNP. Urgent intervention please.

@sukumaranlens @rishibagree BSNL service, please don't joke. Out of 30 days in a month approximately 20 days the basic landline service wil be dead. No use of walking to the telephone exchange and registering complaints.

Inspite of very good salary, very less work they never worked. Its fact. You can do a survey with any BSNL cust. of 2000 05

@AdityaD_Shah telecommunication India is huge business potential. Jio has managing bcoz of Govt backdoor support. Or else no telecom wud make profit here coz of Govt outdated policies and working at imaginary revenues. If Google support Vodafone, then Jio will like BSNL.

Shame (or ****) upon BSNL. I recharged my phone for data with Rs.198/- voucher for 2GB per day for a duration of 50 days, as I moved to Pune for some work. I was more shocked than surprised to find that I couldn't connect to data services at Pune, even speed test couldn't be done

Closing the complaint without resolving it has become the routine for BSNL. Finally I'm expected to pay the bill for 30 days where I haven't used it for more than 15 days. Isn't unfair?
