@BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN is the worst network I ever seen. Because, Eventhough my BSNL sim card is 4G capable, they are giving 3G (metropolitan city - Chennai). I am Also not getting UPC code. I hate BSNL.

I have started to feel like even the BSNL connection in my village was much better than this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel Fiber sucks. Now I am starting to regret my decision to switch from ACT fibre net to Airtel Fiber. Airtel has zero customer care.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Landline complaint number 127272277712 with Bsnl chennai still unattended and fault not cleared till now. Standard of telecom service by bsnl is very substandard and poor. Kindly look into the matter to get the fault rectified as early as possible.

@VivekKumarVais3 Book karne ke baad BSNL FTTH installation mein usually 7-15 din lagte hain, lekin high demand, staff shortage ya area coverage issues se delay ho sakta hai. Customer care call karo 1800-345-1500 pe status check karne ke liye, ya BSNL Selfcare app use karo. Agar nahi suljhe, DoT portal pe complain daalo.
