Why only BSNL, it is normal with every government institute. Police, post offices, income tax,hospitals, municipal offices. Account in #sbin = harassment of customer.

Govt of India directs BSNL & MTNL not to use Chinese spares and call for new tenders.Congtas GOI. Such orders should be given to all the industries including Pharmas. Most of them use cheaper Chinese raw material to keep mfg costs down.#ChinaVIndia

@BSNL_KTK @FtthBsnl it has been really a pathetic and nightmare service in Nittur (pin:577452) by both bsnl 2g network and ftth service company (infinity technologies Sagar). Electricity goes off and network/ftth gone. 100+ wfh employees and 5k+ telephone users affected.

@DoT_India Please take stern action against BSNL as they have not refunded the money and are not even replying to my questions. Such a hopeless company. It was destined to fail if you don't value your customer.
