    @airtelindia bakvas service. Couldnt get Internet network but sending bill on time. Bsnl is better than airtel. atleast they listen.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From today morning, we are facing Internet issue in Dehu road. We have called multiple time to Dehu Bsnl office but they just casually answered it. Really Patthetic @airtelindia we are egarly waiting foe your service.

    Why only BSNL, it is normal with every government institute. Police, post offices, income tax,hospitals, municipal offices. Account in #sbin = harassment of customer.

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate We are Koregaon Park Pune Suyojana Society have raised a complaint for restoration of BSNL landline but authority say we do not have money to repair and upgrade to FTTH for Rs 5 k is this how you treat all senior citizen who are your old customers?

    @BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL FTTH connection in Pune which looses internet connectivity very often disrupting my work. Made many complaints online but state remains bad. Will BSNL be responsive or I need t switch to other provider. @PMOIndia(can not find handle of min of telcom)

    @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL Pune City does not deposit and any other credit until 6 months even after telephone is disconnected. They are rude and CSC does not attend to phone calls. I have made more than dozen visits for this purpose.

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Respected sir my refund BSNL (M-9423040992) roaming deposit Rs 6500/- is pending with BSNL pune office since 2008. Refund was processed by BSNL Pune and sent to Circle office vide DOC 1901538128. It is pending there now. Can you help me please

    @bsnl_care But now T-Mobile says that bsnl has not done roaming agreement as they phased out 2G -3G network It's not my fault you people are cheating the honest coustomer and that too increasing the IR tariff which was earlier 167 for 90 days

    @bsnl_care Just wonderful. @BSNLCorporate is so fast at closing the issue that within two minutes they promptly closed the docket. If at all the same speed is observed at resolving the issue, bsnl would have been doing wonders in Indian telecom sector. Shameless bsnl team full of liars.
