But actually BSNL gives Opticle Fibre Cable to Vendors so those vendors are charging Rs.5000 for ONT ya something router they have . I think charge should be minimum . It's too high at Initial level

I called customer care but the excutive did not resolve the query. She asked me to call 1507 for televerification. But as there is no network how am I suppose to call. Cust care is exec is not help

Joseph (@panicker16141) reported@nch1915 did MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.
