BSNL mobile network is very poor here. Even OTP messages are being received after 15 minutes. In between the sessions are timed out. Needs some improvements.

Papps (@papps_gunner) reported@NalinisKitchen @raghav_chadha I have no issues in both telcos raising tariffs. We still have the lowest tariffs in the world. And everyone forgets there is a third operator if you don’t want the above 02, BSNL. Most of India is now dependent more on Data and less on calls (WhatsApp calls thanks). Hence it only makes sense to focus on data plans and increase the ARPU
