@cgm_mh_bsnl regret to say on one hand u say BSNL is committed to give excellent service to it's customers but reality is something else. Manicpur exchange VASAI has failed completely because back up batteries provided during power failure its life expired. Telephones r dead.

In our Nashik SSA, 3G Network also not available in all mejor Cities and all villages of the District. So, most of BSNL Cutomers converted their phone to other operators. So, minimum 3G network should be immediately provided to all Cutomers #TalkToCGMBSNLMH

@nimitgoel007 This is only for Delhi. BSNL has no 1800 MHz band in any other circles in india. Delhi is the only exception where they have 10 MHz in 1800 MHz, that is why. But what are they waiting for. You need to ask why BSNL did not launch 4G service in Delhi and Mumbai?

@Ravisutanjani What about KYC by telecom companies? @bsnl_care shut down my outgoing calls abruptly with no intimation at all. It's been 15 days now, the call centre is a joke they have no clue. BSNL office staff was very helpful and hopefully it'll get sorted soon.
