@arunbothra I once complained to BSNL( broadband department) area manager about this, he said " you need our service, we dont really need you, so bare with it". BSNL deserved a shut down.

@DoT_India At present the MTNL, Mumbai neither repair, replace faulty telephone instument nor provide new unit and advise to purchase from open market. Is it the beginning of winding PSU? Merge BSNL and MTNL, improve infrastructures and services for existence. @pib_comm The only solution.

For example in my native Kalmadka 574212, #BSNL has complte setup with jenerator..but no budget for diesel..!If power gone whole server will shutdown.! And #jio not running with strong network.!These day world depending on DATA..! But here nothing else..! @AngaraSBJP #Karnataka

@bsnl vadakkencherry, cannot get our landline working for the last 2 weeks, other option is to go with BSNL fibre cable; 'starnet' who have laid the bsnl fibre cable will not tell, when they will be able to install and connect/activate the modem.Customer support - who cares!!

@BSNLCorporate It's a shame that I for being living inside BSNL for 20+ years have to take a fibre connection from another service provider due to highly overpriced and biased charges against installation even after having my own router, cables and other gizmos needed.. Shame on BSNL ...

@DTDCIndia Hey ur kolkata delivery guys never call customers as company does not give calling charges to them. As they use bsnl they don't have unlimited plans. I NEVER GET ORDERS THEY MARK My ORDERS AS CUSTOMER REJECTED.Even they don't visit my home also cod order no delivery.

@DoT_India is there any regulation to monitor how bsnl is looting in name of providing service. I was told it costs 5k for ftth connection, but they charged me 6500 at end. And provided connection after 1 month and i was charged for entire month where i have no connection at all

@abhishekrajaram They are not allowed to participate. To benefit private companies like Adani Jio Airtel VI, BSNL don't provide services of 4G even today. And private companies will start 5G. Due to land bank of BSNL, they don't have to hire place for creating tower network.
