So one can't either dial those numbers and receive OTPs sent from those MSPs server. So whoever is using BSNL services to send OTPs, you won't receive on Airtel Mumbai network.

Their entire broadband system is practically in the "ICU" and absolutely no official wants to take any responsibility for it!
