@asbhonge Inspite having poor network coverage throughout mumbai, I have been using bsnl 2g/3g past 4+ years as a secondary sim. Bureaucracy at each level is killing the growth of the company. Expecting better services from @BSNLCorporate after taking over from @MTNLOfficial

In our Nashik SSA, 3G Network also not available in all mejor Cities and all villages of the District. So, most of BSNL Cutomers converted their phone to other operators. So, minimum 3G network should be immediately provided to all Cutomers #TalkToCGMBSNLMH

@asbhonge @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial As a temporary measure Bsnl should provide voice over wifi (vowifi)and or its WINGS service FOC. This will give immediate relief to the subscribers demanding better network for making voice calls.

@aldebaran14 Update: Got BSNL FTTH connection. They had to draw wire for the last 250m & set up a private PON box. I opted for 2K/month plan which quotes 25 mbps. Speeds: down ~20mbps, up: ~60mbps. Latency: ~35ms-40ms to Chennai. Bonus: BSNL FTTH supports VoIP. They gave a fancy number

@OfficeOfRSP sir, please look into BSNL customer service, they dnt bother complaint. Even no one in office hours, no one attending office numbers (03672258777, 03712252186) in working hours. If we don't get service of hard earned money then don't give salary to these people.
