    @hotstar_helps I have lot of compliments last 6 months still no one solved my activation problem bsnl Hotstar doing mentally irritating my money totally waste 6 months paid bsnl fiber premium poor less service support both are not solved my problem doing lazy job gaming with customers.

    -they are cutting fiber lines of other service providers forcing all to move to bsnl fiber. In this covid situation work from home needs good connections. Please Take immediate action this area bsnl cable handlers and allow other operators to serve us

    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

    @DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

    @devusinh @DoT_India Sir, u r talking about 5G, basic broadband services by BSNL services are a shame. Despite raising the issue since 24 Sep formally, nothing much has changed. All from your office downwards are sleeping. In the world of 5G we don’t have proper landline broadband.

    @bqprime @narendramodi In the absence of network coverage of all internet service providers in Varanasi to date, how will users get the benefit of #5G services? Till date all mobile/internet users are not happy with any (Airtel, BSNL, Jio and Vodafone Idea) service providers.

    @narendramodi Sir please give an energy to BSNL. You launched 5G to other companies except BSNL. We cannot get 4G service from BSNL.

I have been part of Jio since we launched 4G in 2016 till now. थे न लैंडलाइन BSNL aur MTNL के सबके घरों में बंद हुए क्युकी १ हफ्ते तक कंप्लेंट पड़ी रहती थी।

    When the first 3G network was launched in India BSNL was the first service provider that launched 3G,followed by private companies entering the 3G network. Then Modi came to power, now private companies have launched 5G networks, but BSNL is ready to launch 4G networks. #5GLaunch

    @utsavtechie We have been hearing BSNL providing 4G next year's story since 2016. The same might goes with the 5G promise too, I am sure. Likes like this establishment are hell-bent to shut down BSNL very soon.
