    -they are cutting fiber lines of other service providers forcing all to move to bsnl fiber. In this covid situation work from home needs good connections. Please Take immediate action this area bsnl cable handlers and allow other operators to serve us

    @hotstar_helps Finally i am going to take legal approach, Still 6 months not activated Bsnl Fiber Premium Hotstar subscription, fully paid amount. "0" response Bsnl customer support. Without Customer Care Number Hotstar Services.

    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

    @hotstar_helps I have lot of compliments last 6 months still no one solved my activation problem bsnl Hotstar doing mentally irritating my money totally waste 6 months paid bsnl fiber premium poor less service support both are not solved my problem doing lazy job gaming with customers.

    @DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

    The ₹1 @BSNLCorporate offer is good, and there is also a lot of enthusiasm among people for it. But the question is, when people are ready to adopt BSNL, why does the government itself not seem equally serious about strengthening its own government company? Private companies are continuously moving ahead in 5G, while BSNL is still struggling to provide better network and faster internet. I don't understand why the government is moving towards letting its own government companies fall into decline instead of strengthening them. If the government does not pay attention and does not provide modern technology and better facilities, how will BSNL move forward? Modi ji, please don't limit BSNL to just a ₹1 SIM-focus seriously on bringing it up to the level of private companies as well.

    @TRAI @TRAI BSNL network is too slow in and around soraba taluk, shimoga, Karnataka. Though earlier mentioned about this matter no resolution is done till date

    @SumitKu94642898 @sohamjani96 @TRAI Although India has one of the lowest costs of internet in the world, it is still a low-income country. Price hike is still not acceptable to many low and middle class families, that's why people have moved towards BSNL despite low network strength and internet speed. In India, most of the people have always bought products and paid for subscriptions which give value for money, rather than the opposite which is mainly driven by our per capita income and cultural ethos.

    @TRAI Yes n the price they are charging n service they are giving is just opposite Taking money for 5G n speed is about 4g Duopoly is affecting everyone BSNL is deliberately not catching up so that pvt companies dont get affected Damn
