    @DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

    -they are cutting fiber lines of other service providers forcing all to move to bsnl fiber. In this covid situation work from home needs good connections. Please Take immediate action this area bsnl cable handlers and allow other operators to serve us

    @hotstar_helps I have lot of compliments last 6 months still no one solved my activation problem bsnl Hotstar doing mentally irritating my money totally waste 6 months paid bsnl fiber premium poor less service support both are not solved my problem doing lazy job gaming with customers.

    Just Imagine all the missed EMIs and home loans of BSNL employees whose sole mode of income is salary. Nightmare. Looks like a systematic attempt to shut down BSNL. #VideshPracharNigamUnlimited

    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

    @hotstar_helps Finally i am going to take legal approach, Still 6 months not activated Bsnl Fiber Premium Hotstar subscription, fully paid amount. "0" response Bsnl customer support. Without Customer Care Number Hotstar Services.

    @BSNLCorporate Today I visited BSNL Link Road Office, Cuttack, for the advertised ₹1 SIM. Customer Care said they have no ₹1 SIM and sell new SIMs for ₹300, asking me to approach roadside marketing staff. @BSNLCorporate Why advertise offers that your own offices don’t provide?

    @jsd_panjaa Hi, Greeting of the day! To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM.     🔥And the biggest thing* — Claiming 5G+! If BSNL maintains this kind of network and internet quality, then the competition with Jio and Airtel is going to get really interesting. It started with a ₹1 SIM… now we have to see how big a comeback BSNL makes. @BSNLCorporate

    @Ajaykumaarji @BSNLCorporate The government is the reason for the ruin of BSNL. BSNL's network was so good that only BSNL worked in the hilly areas. But BSNL was ruined by making a strategy.
