Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

With bsnl 4G, no sms facility is available. It drops to 2G and internet gets disconnected, which prevents registration in banking and @UPI_NPCI app.
