Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

I am using the BSNL Fiber Silver Jubilee plan, but now no one from BSNL or Skypro is helping. BSNL's service is very bad. Shiv 🕴️ (@shivasspeak) reported@harshith_ganesh It's sh** network. You can't even make UPI transaction majority of time, that's how bad their internet is. I ported back to jio few months back. It's ok to port into BSNL only if you are not travelling & staying in a city.
