Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

I also visited the BSNL office and spoke to the concerned staff, but no one is able to help or guide me regarding Wings. Kindly look into this and provide support.

The Govt sold Air India with 15000 Cr liabilities where as Vijay Malya's entire debt was around 3500 Crores. Same Govt had bailed out Vodafone where as ready to sell of BSNL with 1000 Crore liability.

Vi has superior service due to less congestion, but I don't get the fact that they could have simply reduced 30-40 Rupees and make the existing plans more affordable to attract customers.
