    -they are cutting fiber lines of other service providers forcing all to move to bsnl fiber. In this covid situation work from home needs good connections. Please Take immediate action this area bsnl cable handlers and allow other operators to serve us

    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

    @DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

    @hotstar_helps I have lot of compliments last 6 months still no one solved my activation problem bsnl Hotstar doing mentally irritating my money totally waste 6 months paid bsnl fiber premium poor less service support both are not solved my problem doing lazy job gaming with customers.

    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate Gave complaint several times Complaint Nos. 1056509667 1056433620 1056338475 After 2hrs they use to send me ur problem solved without solving it. Is these bsnl service plz resolve it 07172-222009 Till date I can't use & browse bsnl broadband internet....

    @devusinh @DoT_India Sir BSNL strategic psu don't have OFC cable /BTS expansion,PP/Bty/infra issues, electric bills non payment,rent non payment,delay in land monetization,Deputatisit top mgmt are decision makers, these only addressed then only PM vision of digital India fulfill.

    @TRAI @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate your exchange office refused to downgrade my bsnl broadband plan to 299 per month from the current plan.This is a pathetic service. I’ll be happy to move on to other operator if the matter is not resolved.
