Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

Your customer care confirmed it was a technical issue but gave no information about the refund. Please resolve this or refund the amount at the earliest.
