    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

    @hotstar_helps I have lot of compliments last 6 months still no one solved my activation problem bsnl Hotstar doing mentally irritating my money totally waste 6 months paid bsnl fiber premium poor less service support both are not solved my problem doing lazy job gaming with customers.

    @DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

    @hotstar_helps Finally i am going to take legal approach, Still 6 months not activated Bsnl Fiber Premium Hotstar subscription, fully paid amount. "0" response Bsnl customer support. Without Customer Care Number Hotstar Services.

    -they are cutting fiber lines of other service providers forcing all to move to bsnl fiber. In this covid situation work from home needs good connections. Please Take immediate action this area bsnl cable handlers and allow other operators to serve us

    @BSNLCorporate I am unable to make any outgoing calls from my BSNL prepaid number. I have already recharged my number, but the issue still persists. I also tried calling customer care, but the call keeps getting disconnected. Please help resolve this issue.

    @bsnl_care If I am getting Network of BSNL with same sim & phone just 200 Metres far from my home then there is no other factor apart from ur network signal strength to get connectivity at my home. It is BSNL responsibility to provide necessary network

    @pbhushan1 The issue is not having a feasible "other option." Jio's performance is also not good, not is it for VI or BSNL. Technically, it's loop b/w @airtelindia and @Jio.

    @GMTMemeMacvt The same issues of bad network connection since Jio launch his recharge plan and airtel network eventually bad as hell and can't hear the other side people in both provided SIM, could have not imagine VI or BSNL.

    @bsnl_care Dear BSNL team, how hard is it to enable VoLTE on a number that a proper concerned team is still working on it? 😭 and as per interaction with your call support, if I need to visit your office for such a small thing then bhagwaan hi maalik hai BSNL ka.

    @mxtaverse People used to say similar things about BSNL, private players could not do this.I have paid 1 rupees for 1 second talk time to BSNL in 1999. Now even poor using mobile phones due to free calls and cheapest data in world. Public interest is important than saving BSNL.

    @AdvocatePCDas Sir/Madam,           As reported, the disruption was caused by an uneven electrical power supply at the office premises, which resulted in a boot failure of the LAN switch. The LAN switch was subsequently reset, and the power supply fluctuations have now been completely rectified. The LAN switch has also been reconfigured and restored by the BSNL technical team. We regret the disruption caused to essential services and appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved.

    Until 3G, BSNL used to give the best network coverage across cities and villages at reasonable prices compared to all other competitors. It was then systematically broken by govt so that 2 leech crony gujjew baniya dhandos could get the whole market to exploit
