Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

The phone's display time changes automatically. The bigger question should be why is Airtel, Vi, BSNL and Jio not providing coverage here (3)

I removed jio many months ago switched to Local broadband and Bsnl. Bsnl got down 2-3 time in month and even some time it doesn't happen.
