Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

Most of the time transactions are getting timed out while making payments. No network at 600 126 Mappedu area even in second floor. No action for 10 years. Complaints are closed without any action.

Land is not a issue if they want. everyday I go to my office and see NTPC has huge plots bang on Sector 62 Noida which can be used. Similarly In Indirapuram BSNL has a huge vacant plot for atleast 20 years. I am sure Vaishali, Vasundhara would have similar plots
