    Dear BSNL Team, Since 11th Night , there have been issues with fibre broadband service in my area #761100. The internet was back for sometime on Sunday but again went out.There have been no ETA. 3rd day of the issue .This is impacting 1000s of users. @bsnl_care @AshwiniVaishnaw

    Tried to post complaint on app, submit button stays inactive. Called Cust Serv @18004444 the rep tells me I have to call from MP simcard the only they can help. Then I called from bsnl landline in MP and then call wouldn’t go. What a dark age in communication by BSNL! Wow

    @bsnl_care none of bsnl care employees to took an responsibilities It supposed to get in touch with me in the next 4 hours still no one connecting. The bsnl care person no one have the reason they are just raising the issue only.

    @PMOIndia @JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL As BSNL people do not have any interest to shift my FTTH connection and advised to book new JIO connection, is our Govt planning to shutdown it's operations? If so request to start Fix Line number portability.Our Fix line number is important for us

    If company introduce only validity or validity+ calling for 50 + day under 200 rupees then it may help to me afford 2 sims at a time neither I'm use only one of provider hike prices again then I switched to bsnl and i don't care bsnl give good network and bad network. #Jiodown

    @DoT_India Why BSNL coverage is very low in Gujarat state, why it biased compared to other states!!!! I have BSNL which works good in ahmedabad but other cities like jamnagar probandar it really bad.
