Refund was processed by BSNL Pune and sent to Circle office vide DOC 1901538128. It is pending there now. Can you help me please

However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. Kindly check and confirm when it will be available for Android devices. Thank you.
