Landline not working for a very long time. 2 complaints registered and each were resolved as per status on the bsnl website BUT phone is still dead. Not able to compete with other network providers. Customer care services are so poor that one can not connect to the executive.

The other service provider like airtel readily issues a new sim of any state in any state(like me).
