Sir the harassment and mental torture of your vendor who is expected to provide new FTTH connection is beyond description. The exchange involved is MKR Pune. But actually BSNL gives Opticle Fibre Cable to Vendors so those vendors are charging Rs.5000 for ONT ya something router they have . I think charge should be minimum . It's too high at Initial level
