Landline not working for a very long time. 2 complaints registered and each were resolved as per status on the bsnl website BUT phone is still dead. Karan (@wuodland) reportedJio has become worse than govt BSNL. Engineer didn’t have any tools only had wires. Luckily I had crimping tool etc. he did the wiring and all properly. Couldn’t get the signal on his receiver. He tried once or twice and left saying he will “see”. 5 days and still incomplete.
