@BSNL_MH I am from Pune, my landline no. is 02026811150, my landline is dead & so is Broadband, the frequency of disruption is so regular that seriously thinking to exit BSNL, being a loyal customer feel very bad for BSNL.

After Jio coming only 2 are left which would merge sooner if they need to stay afloat & close down by 2021. BSNL would be privatised & taken over by RIL. There would be No Competition. This is #NewIndia of Namo.

Your issue will never be resolved, better get a broadband connection and a landline connection (may be BSNL), all service providers are trying to push us back to old days.

@Zakas_PK Efforts have been taken and matter taken up with BSNL authority for solution. The efforts for getting Landline service from other service provider is also under progress. The issue will take some time for final solution. Inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted.
