    @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNL_MH @bsnlpune . Sir the harassment and mental torture of your vendor who is expected to provide new FTTH connection is beyond description. The exchange involved is MKR Pune. I am sorry to undergo this torture with no help forthcoming from bsnl officers.

    @BSNLCorporate Check DM, shared video of how officers don't receive call back regarding pending issue for which you have replied. Check yourself, call that number and see whether your call is received. Bsnl self care portal profile default number is to be changed. They just don't understand

    @CMDBSNL @cgm_mh_bsnl Your Blessings needed, Kanchan Deshmane retired from BSNL on 30th September 2019. A single lady with health issues. She has till date not received her Pension, PF and gratuity, retired as OS (p) Telecom service. Unit Pune TD personel No 97903472

    @AshwiniVaishnaw sir We are a society of senior citizens In Suyojana Society Koregaon Park Pune. It has been 10 days our BSNL landline is down Authorities say BSNL does not have money to repair the Main Line that is broken so upgrade to FTTH and pay 5k please immediately help.

    @BSNLCorporate I had call with them. We did call with Vendor but vendor is having own ONT so they says we are fix with Rs.5000. If BSNL will make any call or give me connection then it will be ok.

    The only justification for paying so much for a mobile recharge is being able to share your unlimited data with everyone in the family through a mobile hotspot. It's time for BSNL to make its network actually usable.

    @iAsura_ The idea of the PSU being the facilitator and infrastructure provider is a good one. It's time tested. For an example of full service PSUs, railways and bsnl are there, not exactly shining comparisons. ISRO transitioning to become an NHAI type org is a good one.

    @ScCardoz When was BSNL destroyed & Jio uplifted? Who did the damage? When did BSNL started wearing red colour? BSNL was a commercial PSU. ISRO is a different category, just FYI.
