  It is quite unfortunate & upsetting also that since yesterday afternoon there is no BSNL Mobile network in BARBIL, Odisha. Should this continue. Since last month I had Tweed several times for the same issue.Anyone interested to resolve this issue or inadequate details excuse.

  @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi In many places of India people surrendered their BSNL broadband & landline due to bad performance. And you know why our prime minister promoted jio . Finally oldest telephone service collapsed. No one before this has incurred lose to public sector for his own benefit.

  @BSNL_OR Dear bsnl can you explain about your plan and such recharge policy. It's worth service in my career provide by bsnl. When i recharge 1699 for one year and it's 3gb/day and unlimited call but after update your plan it's customised by your self.Can u explai about it.

  Booked a BSNL FTTH connection, but I'm already receiving conflicting information. The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician.   @reliancejio @JioCare The company will simply cut off the service once the validity period ends; they certainly won't extend it for me. We are paying for the service but not receiving it. Do my money and time hold no value? In my area, BSNL 4G is far better than your network. I am going to switch to.

As per JTO Bidupur, the previous concern was addressed through the earlier complaint response, and you were advised to clear the pending dues related to the previous connection. Further, as per MSO Adarsh Enterprises, earlier FTTH connections availed in the names of family members were disconnected due to non-payment.
