I hav been ur customer for d last 15 yrs & u are treating me like this. I hav nt been able to use ur services since 1.5 yrs even after paying bills.

@marinebharat @BSNLCorporate can be revived by giving Free Telephone lines with High speed internet at lower than market rates but main issue is Downtime That makes people switch from BSNL to other operators.....

I'm sorry but the gov should genuinely reconsider turning VIL debt into equity. It is NOT the govs job to look after broken, lethargic biz models just to avoid a duopoly. We already have liabilities called MTNL and BSNL.

@Niraj_Precise @YusufDFI BSNL had time from 1947 to 2016 to install a mobile tower. They couldn't do that. Airtel was quicker than them. Even now, close to 6k villages in Odisha don't have mobile connectivity. BSNL could have installed a mobile tower if they were really into Public service.
