    @BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

    @PMOIndia Hounrable Prime minister am the customer of BSNL FTTH from last 2years but am facing speed issue from last 9 months and I made lot's of complaint andtweeted alot about this problem butwhen I complaint against them they call the vendor and ask him to remove my connection

    Dear @AshwiniVaishnaw sir i am bsnl consumer. It's working fine my hometown etawah UP. I switched to noida. Here is network issue.I tried to contact bsnl,they told me this is mtnl's area.After that i contacted with mtnl.Whatever they told me, I did.But not successed. @CMDBSNL

    @bsnl_tt My BROADBAND No 04029553088 is NOT WORKING since 27 May 2022. Nothing has been done so far. Is there anyone in the BSNL to restore the internet connection! Automated response that 'we are here to help you' is not needed. Need restoration

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I think there no use of bsnl customer care service, I have called regarding complaint they are telling to go to nearest office to solve your complaint. What's the use of calling to you then if your not able to solve customer queries or problems.

    @BSNLCorporate I had disconnected the bsnl broad band connection and land line yesterday due to repeated disruptions and bad mouthing of a woman in the office. I had subscribed to Railwire. Good bye.

    @BSNL_BR After 2.5 years you are still at the same place. You left all stones unturned. No BSNL network in my area no scope of broadband connection either.

    @BSNLCorporate complaint I'd 1056907841 was registered on 30 May 2022. The complaint is of Rajasthan circle. We are shocked that without RESOLVING THE ISSUE it is closed? Still the issue is pending, Can bsnl do something in this issue? @TRAI

    @UIDAI @Aadhaar_Care @PMOIndia I run an AADHAAR update centre & want to change my STAPIC ID from BSNL broad band to BSNL AIR fiber, as in my area broad band facilities are so weak [1-2 mbps] to work. Common people suffers a lot for this, HELP ME in changing my STAPIC ID

    BSNL FTTH OFC in our exchange , Contact DGM surat MR sanjeev .. He halted phone after saying call customer care. What customer had to DO now ?? This is not the way to treat a customer !! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ
