    @bsnlceo Namaste sir,   I want to restart phone line which is disconnected in October-22 month.  I am taking follow ups from last two months but they will not able to restart.I am very disappointed by bsnl service. Pls look. Phone no-01493-230211

    @PMOIndia Hounrable Prime minister am the customer of BSNL FTTH from last 2years but am facing speed issue from last 9 months and I made lot's of complaint andtweeted alot about this problem butwhen I complaint against them they call the vendor and ask him to remove my connection

    @BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD BSNL network is highly unreliable in Metiabruz, with zero coverage in many spots. Residents here need affordable, quality service due to low income. Please fix these blackouts and enable carrier aggregation for stable speeds! Need more and more towers

    @CMDBSNL Sir, it's my earnest request to look into the following problem: We have got BSNL fibre ultra connection for our school. There is no internet since 4 days. I have registered complaint almost 95 hours back and still no response. It's a regular problem here.

    @Mrsinha Airtel always gives priority to rich users and postpaid users. Jio targets the middle class people who use to pay every month (prepaid users) by giving free VI targets students and the poor who get free network also. BSNL targets no one

    Took a review of pending HR issues of BSNL employees today with senior officers of @BSNLCorporate and @DoT_India. Directed that employee grievances be addressed promptly and no legitimate issue remain pending without resolution.
