@BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

@PMOIndia Hounrable Prime minister am the customer of BSNL FTTH from last 2years but am facing speed issue from last 9 months and I made lot's of complaint andtweeted alot about this problem butwhen I complaint against them they call the vendor and ask him to remove my connection

I asked him to support me. He said please go for TIC fiber otherwise, you need to walk in to the BSNL office. I bought the new router and I contacted BSNL office to help me in setting up. In NOC, they ask me to contact the LCO. I’m shuttling between this two team.

Lost all my trust and interest towards BSNL. It’s been a week. I don’t have the internet. Of course, I have to pay the fees monthly. Please someone should step in and help the customers in Pondicherry. Please provide the service they pay for rather tossing them here and there.
