    @PMOIndia Hounrable Prime minister am the customer of BSNL FTTH from last 2years but am facing speed issue from last 9 months and I made lot's of complaint andtweeted alot about this problem butwhen I complaint against them they call the vendor and ask him to remove my connection

    @BSNL_UPEast Don't switch it's a emotional trap by invoking Nationalism In reality there is neither service nor uninterrupted network by BSNL plus there is no grievance redressal mechanism Before you shift or buy beware

    @KshitijAMalve @DivyaSoti I have used BSNL 99% of the time the network is down. Can't make or receive calls. I'm all for BSNL to grow. But no one wants to pay for a network that doesn't work.

    @bsnl_care Sir, Internet here is absent from the afternoon of the 18th August. All complaints have gone on deaf ears. Now advised by Aks , the agency that a server was down and their complaint not responded by BSNL. Internet is out for more than 36 hrs. Pl look in to it asp

    @bsnl_care everyday i register a complaint about my phone not working, next day i get sms that it has been resolved with no one doing anything. Do we really need BSNL?

    @datta_arvind If Vodafone Idea shuts down & BSNL remains sidelined, Jio & Airtel's duopoly could dominate Indian telecom. Expect higher tariffs & fewer consumer choices.

    Airtel doesn’t care about customers anymore, same “take it or leave it” attitude from support & appellate teams. Funny we left BSNL for this, but BSNL was far better. Time to dump greedy corporates & back PSU. #AirtelFail @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence
