  @BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

  @bsnl_care Regretfully conveyed that No visible action to restore BSNL Network at Hayuliang - 792104 has so far been seen even after 1 month. All Fin.Activity depend upon OTP.But the response over ‘X’by BSNL seems as they are much anxious than the sufferer customers. No eyewash more please

  @bsnl_care There is no power backup in the substation of BSNL power goes of the broadband is also going off and it will function after the power is charge I am very sorry for the BSNL service in my location if there is an emergency it will face difficulty

  @kaushkrahul I'm right now in tier3 part of odisha and I ain't even getting proper 4g from jio. It's not like jio did some charity they used already built massive bsnl network.and also increasing subscription price every 6months

  Need genuine advice from people living in rural/semi-rural areas. First I installed Jio AirFiber full range everywhere, but internet speed was almost useless most of the time. Then I switched to BSNL fiber speed is actually very good, but the wire cable keeps breaking every few days and the local team fixes it whenever they feel like it. Airtel Fiber and Jio Fiber wired service are not available in my area. So what’s the actual solution for someone who genuinely needs fast and stable internet for work?   @BSNLCorporate my wife’s SIM suddenly stopped working. Number is linked with Aadhaar & bank accounts. Siliguri BSNL office refused SIM replacement cause Aadhaar biometric is locked and OTP cannot be received due to dead SIM. Kindly help with manual verification/reissue urgently.
