@bsnlceo Namaste sir, I want to restart phone line which is disconnected in October-22 month. I am taking follow ups from last two months but they will not able to restart.I am very disappointed by bsnl service. Pls look. Phone no-01493-230211

@BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

The service of BSNL FTTH is extremely poor in my area ( Rishikesh, Uttarakhand). The internet gets interrupted arounnd 5-10 times in a day. In Ftth customer can't bear this ****. Please look into it. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLUttarakhand

@sukhinobhavntu @PatrioticChip @abhijitmajumder Before jio there were alott of companies like idea tata docomo and many more local companies.. They all are destroyed after that.. And yeah people were using bsnl and it was not bankrupt.. But Now it is... (FYI- i never used jio)

@bsnlcorporate I am regular customer of BSNL. And I want to tell you. Your undertaking is wifi in narayanpur district in the chhattisgarh state, whose services have been so poor since last 4 days have been damaged but employees are not getting well. So service is forced to quit.

In context with BSNL when the company isn't allowed to participate in 4G bidding how can they been able to provide u the service. Bsnl was a classic case of Govt's favouritism to Pvt Telecom Co. Bsnl was Systematically ruined by the Govt only.

@DoT_India Same was done a month back. No action has been taken till now. We have been waiting for an year. Visited BSNL Kanpur office every month for over an year. Nothing is being done. Full payment for zero service. This is harassment
