    @BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR @DoT_India Day 14 of reporting the problem. No technician or bsnl employee has visited my location or tried to fix the issue. I'm getting terribly slow speed for a month and have been reporting the issue for half a month now. No action being taken by bsnl.

    Every Saturday the BSNL FTTH fibre internet cut off not only Saturday everyday the internet is out off, slow, no internet connection. After a series of complain there is no reaction or solved by BSNL. Why??? We are paying for month wise why not getting internet for entire month
