    @BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

    @PMOIndia Hounrable Prime minister am the customer of BSNL FTTH from last 2years but am facing speed issue from last 9 months and I made lot's of complaint andtweeted alot about this problem butwhen I complaint against them they call the vendor and ask him to remove my connection

    @bsnlceo Namaste sir,   I want to restart phone line which is disconnected in October-22 month.  I am taking follow ups from last two months but they will not able to restart.I am very disappointed by bsnl service. Pls look. Phone no-01493-230211

    @BSNLCorporate ,I am Arjun from Dighwara Saran Bihar-841207 .I talk to wifi connection with a BSNL employee of Dighwara . But he demanded Rs:7200 rupees for installation charge. So please solve this problem.

    I am being harassed by BSNL. I have used BSNL broadband connection since 2020 and continuously I am not getting good support from @BSNL_UKD If their connection gets disconnected ever they take half or a month to fix but at end of the month customer have to pay full broadband bill

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @bsnl I have ported my Airtel number(9334803434) to bsnl on 24 January. It has been 2 days since my old telecom sim network has gone but still the number isn't activated yet. Please activate the sim as soon as possible. Thank you.

    @AunindyoC Well... now Tatas can gloat about "Saving" it and government can say "See Privatization saved it" and then they start selling Railways, Postal Service, BSNL will be suffocated as usual and let it dies a slow death.

    BSNL has it's own reputation when it comes to customer service - for any service every one is clueless be it customer care representative or nodal officers or the apps designed by BSNL. No one has answer, nor ways to escalate complaints against state owned machinery.
