Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! Prasant Rai (@PRaiLAC) reportedIndia's biggest telecom problem is the lack of a strong third player. It's either Airtel or Jio. Fed up with both, I wanted to try BSNL or RailTel. Registered on their websites, but never received a single call. Meanwhile, Jio sent multiple messages within days. Today, frustrated with Airtel's internet issues, I switched to Jio. But Within hours, the connection stopped working. What's even more frustrating is the complaint process. Started a chat at 4 PM, waited until 5 :10 PM with no response. Diagnostics showed "No Issues Found" while the internet was down. The installation engineer spent more time explaining TV channels than explaining how to raise a complaint or get support. When it takes 2 hours just to report a fault, imagine the customer's frustration. And BSNL should seriously introspect. Despite being a government-backed operator, basic customer acquisition and responsiveness remain a challenge. Taxpayers deserve much better 😔 @JM_Scindia @DoT_India
