    @PMOIndia Hounrable Prime minister am the customer of BSNL FTTH from last 2years but am facing speed issue from last 9 months and I made lot's of complaint andtweeted alot about this problem butwhen I complaint against them they call the vendor and ask him to remove my connection

    @BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

    @BSNLCorporate Two Days are completed still the issue is same atleast you should be clear about the TAT providing to the customer. One suggestion for BSNL for any complaint please commit atleast 1 Month TAT because I guess this is the ideal time taken by BSNL everytime

    @BSNLCorporate many times connection issue happens. When we complaint they say it is down from BSNL it self. Kindly work on your infrastructure and provide good service. @BSNL_GJ
