What about landline service which we were using for last 25 years, they don’t attend complaints of land line. I am using BSNL mobile which is 3G, private operators are offering 4G and shortly they will offer 5G,BSNL has no access to 4/5G

On the warranty line, management characterised the increased provision as tied to the large BSNL network and atypical versus pre-BSNL periods, and said it is going to stabilise and come down.
