What about landline service which we were using for last 25 years, they don’t attend complaints of land line. I am using BSNL mobile which is 3G, private operators are offering 4G and shortly they will offer 5G,BSNL has no access to 4/5G

But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

I have to go on a trip next week, so how exactly am I supposed to use internet on my laptop? This company made a profit of over ₹76,000 crores in the last two years when they were allowing hotspots. Now they want to ban hotspots to maximise their profit even further. The greed of these people are never ending. Shameless. Their entire broadband system is practically in the "ICU" and absolutely no official wants to take any responsibility for it! If a customer complains about faulty internet, they casually take 15 to 20 days just to fix a basic issue.
