BSNL should keep some more competency and commitment to give service without interruption. Our colony at Cinnamara, Jorhat,Assam adopted BSNL fiber network and no continuous internet for two weeks, classes and works hindered. @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate

@rsprasad sir pl. Help my nearest bsnl exchange (Teliarganj PRAYAGRAJ) in maintaining power backup. They R unable 2 do since last 20 days. This is hampering online meetings of ours and classes of students in corona period. Sir U R our last hope before leaving bsnl forever.

@BSNLCorporate similarity between bsnl twitter handle & office. both do not care a bit about customer's problem, it doesn't matter if you raise a concern on twitter or office, ur issue will be thrown in dustbin immediately.

@airtelindia Airtel fibre's customer service is worst then Bsnl.More than a week before ,I complained for internet not running properly in my office.Still no one came to solve this.When I go to airtel store, they also denied to do the same.before&after install attitude is changed

@BSNL_GJ you are simply useless for your services, after repeated complaints at your Makarpura office bloody nobody has resolved my problem my landline is dead…Your Area Manager Mr Ravi Solanki does not have the courtesy to pick th phone bloody useless #Bsnl.

@BSNLCorporate I have made a complaint on 22nd April 21. Grievance docket number is BSNL/HQ/2021/EM-10874. But no action till now. Can you please escalate this ?

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR only is only worth providing deficient services. I’ve recorded the calls to show how many times since yesterday we’ve been trying customer care! Why’s there a toll free Customer care number when noone can answer?! @dcp_cuttack in lockdown, bsnl agents ask us to visit ofc
