BSNL is saving costs by not refunding the deposits of surrendered lines and by avoiding asset and resource allocations to resolve technical issues

    BSNL is struggling due to not availability of 4G Network ,even payment of salary is almost one month delayed to 65000 employees. Still 4G PoC work is not started by Indian firms. BSNL is Telecom assets of GoI and continuous running of it,is important for the people of India.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD I can't receive any SMS on my BSNL prepaid number from yesterday. But I can send SMS from that number. I tried to connect BSNL CUSTOMER CARE but no response from your end. My BSNL mobile number : 8900480320 (WEST BENGAL)

    @BSNLCorporate no fiber service in past 24hrs. i called my local office guy he said it will be fixed within few hours and thats last evening. now he is not even picking up my calls. and this is happening every month. worst service and support around my local. #bsnl #bsnlfiber

    Respected minister Since last one month my land line phone is not working 07927456068. We don't want return but it is not resolved. Kindly look in this and do step for reviving BSNL

    @Airtel_Presence No issue of replying now. Just today is last day. And I am moving to BSNL. You are so late. I asked one week back you replying after a week. You blocked me for customer care also. Worst service

    @viper_ganesh @BSNLCorporate This is happening everywhere even in Sivakasi. Every month atleast twice the BSNL connection goes down. Everytime we have to call vendor to fix it. Services are getting worse and worse.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India I wonder how many BSNL clients keep their browsers updated. Just look at the chrome vulnerabilities. Some of them were critical. I have seen Post-office work with BSNL network on XP recently. God save us from ransomware attacks. RIP #DigitalIndia

    I have BSNl Fiber at my home with 100mbps plan but the speed is very slow and Battlegrounds Mobile India doesnt work properly in BSNL fiber...even when the connection is good it gives very high ping in game Any solution for it? @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan @bsnlbroadband
