@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in any case there is nothing to contact call me when this issue is resolved other service providers like bsnl are offering speed even higher than what they claim in jst 599/- pm so why should i pay 799/- for a speed which i m not even able to get???

The amount is for months where phone and bb were not working. I am getting multiple sms for bill payment. What do I do about this? If I pay this amount how will Bsnl refund my money? I am right now using @BharatFibreFTTH. Is it possible to transfer rebate in the new account?

@San2587Singh It is to intimate that matter has been inquired with SPM Bombay Market PO and revealed that there is a connectivity problem at Bombay Market PO and they have complained the same at Surat BSNL to restore connectivity.
