    @rsprasad I am having DTH from BSNL if it works fine but any issues it takkes days to get it set right . No proper technical staff on field . Ravi Shankar Prasad ji Unless the Customer support and technicians are skilled the investment is futile and no use.

    @i_theindian No problem,all those who left bsnl were accommodated as Additional Director Generals irrespective of their suitability in AIR/DD..even group D employee of Bsnl can be accommodated in Sr grade administrative cadre in AIR DD..please solicit them to throw an application..enough.

    @manojsinhabjp ph. 08413 233096,Narsingi ex.Internet failed Sunday 10.15am. My complaint to SDE concerned was ignored. Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

    Modi shd not do mistakes as Congijunglis did,putting PSU to BIFR,and pvt. No wage revision to these firms and getting curses by throwing employees to problems. REVIVE FIRM,GIVE 4G,5G TO BSNL.SACK LAZY EMPLOYEES

    @jgopikrishnan70 Another surprise. Went to BSNL counter to pay bill. Asked to come again as systems not working due to power cut. Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

    with other private players. Network problems. There is need to revamp the BSNL with techno intelligent staff. The Govt. must order all deptss. to use BSNL mobile phones only. Public out cry is to save this Public sector which is a National pride & ready to purchase atlest one sim

    Very strange BSNL still in slumber when other telcos are running fast.3 days back filed complaint about dead land line. No response from their side till now.This is difference between private & Govt cos.When Govt &BSNL wake up to put in proper monitoring body to track complaints

    Unless kaamchoor ,excess staff not dismissed BSNL can never improve. 99% lady staff was busy in gossipi g,sweater netting,medical benefit.

    @JioCare @JioGigaFiber_ if you are not able to provide the service please stop it. You dont have any escalation details even you people not bothering after raising service request. I called 30 times but no response. I am realizing why I disconnected Bsnl broadband and rely JIO.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt it's been more than 36hrs exchange is down and no progress on it yet, we are losing our work hours relying on BSNL broadband.this despite being in heart of Hyderabad.. pathetic state of performance.. time to look for other networks

    @BSNL_AS Not doing your job and taking salary is criminal breach of service contract BSNL or any one cannot charge for rental and service which was not provided And showing logged complaints as resolved without attending is another offence all concerned shud face job termination

    I play games and do live stream on youtube. Par jab bhi stream karne jao BSNL ka ping issues ata he, upload speed nahi rehta, aur ye 2.5 year se horaha he, agar internet provide nahi karsakte then stop giving your service. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @GoI_MeitY

    @BSNL_OR FTTH connection of phone number 0674-2912561 in Khandagiri area has not been working since 5pm. Moreover the BSNL 3G network in this area also got disconnected at the same time. Tried to contact customer care but in vain. Kindly resolve and look into the matter.

    A family member/senior citizen facing problems with their post paid number with @BSNL_JK. Formal compliant registered since months, no redressal. Docket BSNL/HQ/2022/EM-38612. Money paid, but number still inactive. @CMDBSNL @AshwiniVaishnaw sir, please help getting this resolved.

    @pspaulshg @aviralbhat Let’s look at facts. First is business existscto kill competition. Second is BSNL died of its own poor governance, high bureaucracy and corruption. VIL failed bringing costs down for latest technology. So nothing wrong. Two players are enough to sail through.
