    @BSNLCorporate Instead of getting DATA, getting SMS stating you have exceeded your DATA. I am supposed to get 1.5 GB. UNFORTUNATELY not getting on 9491276899, Someone called from 6203483761,9771642667 stating from BSNL Customer Care, asking bank details!!!!????

    Vajpayee converted DOT into BSNL corporation on 1st Oct 2000 over 10 years UPA destroyed it and made pvt operators rich and BSNL poor and Modi cutting the tree itself to help JIO. God save BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP No response from BSNL concerned JTO to whom I am trying to contact since last two weeks. There is disconnection issues and at the same time I was charged additional money in the name of initial charges which was not communicated to me.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate not at all getting data, instead getting SMS from BSNL stating " you have reached the s. usage of data, you will... by operator" I must get 1.5 GB data, on my 9491276899. But BSNL Customer service: 6203483761, 9771642667 asking bank information, why?

    Since last two weeks, I tried reaching Ali (+91 94901 36939) via many calls, WhatsApp n SMS however didn't get any response. Called customer care n there said that I need to visit nearest BSNL office

    @BSNLCorporate I am a FAN of BSNL. Unfortunately I am not getting even ".5" GB data ! Out of 3.5 GB/ Day. Painful to say that "NO SIGNAL" Even in cities like Hyderabad and BANGALORE! Every time brought to the notice of authorities, but "NO RESPONSE NOR ACTIONS" WHAT TO DO. ????

    Bsnl broadband service isn’t working since more than 24 hrs now in Sri Tirumala hills colony, gandamguda, Hyderabad. Could you pls help with an ETA here @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate as it’s quite urgent to get this fixed especially given we are working from home.

    @BSNLCorporate I think the authorities of BSNL will provide CDMA, when land line wires broken, or not there. When private operators are providing CDMA connections, the GREAT BSNL, I think can provide the facilitate Customers.

    @gulsher_ramana @its_AP7 We are not running behind government job. Better in Pvt job. Public sector work culture is very different and BSNL service is very poor.

    @BSNLCorporate Tried connecting with local JTO multiple times however till 2:45pm today he was not in office. Not sure if concern official won't be in office then how come the issue will get resolved. Got a call via Mr. Dattu local BSNL office and he confirmed the unavailability of JTO so far

    @narendramodi IT IS URGENT SERIOUS CASE. Bsnl mobile 9490851847 lost incoming, saying it's prepaid money exhausted. I complained on BSNL website. A man called saying customer care, asking fr bank details. And in Nalgonda BSNL office says, tht ph.exhausted money, asked

    @BSNLCorporate I took a chance by opting BSNL internet service however now I am regretting my decision as I am very disappointed by the service quality n issue response so for. Realising why private service providers are in profit yoy n not the government owned one.

    @BSNLCorporate Appropriate your response at least however BSNL local officials n third parties services n response are very poor and I can understand now why BSNL has so bad reputation in the market in terms of customer service n issue resolution...

    @HaryaxPathak I so remember this. In the earliest days of me using internet (2006-08),remember clicking on BSNL icon and connecting it manually everytime. Speed wasn't an issue(2 Mbps was decent those days)but data cap being only like 1 GB or 1.5GB per month with heavy overuse charges was bad

    @BSNL_JK I'm using BSNL FTTH in Leh. There is no network for the past 2 days. Inspite of repeated calls, requests, reminders no action taken. All important transactions and payments pending. Request pls look into the matter for early resolution. Regards, A troubled customer

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India It's the 4th day without the internet. Internet keeps getting down. Now I have no connectivity and I'm paying bill for no internet. Please give my bill discount now because I am constantly complaining, but getting nothing is being done by BSNL.

    Hi @BSNL_KTK I am using the BSNL Network since last 6yrs. The SIM suddenly stop showing the network.When I visited the nearest office at Bhubaneswar,Odisha(@BSNL_OR) they said SIM replacement is not possible as it is belongs to Karnataka.Let me know how to resolve the issue.

    @BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @PMOIndia Dear sir, would like to bring to ur BSNL services of Ghatsila Jharkhand are down as wire damaged by Railway work. BSNL says teither pay 5000 for conversion to FTTH or can surrender connection. They are not ready to fix but loose customer
