There is disconnection issues and at the same time I was charged additional money in the name of initial charges which was not communicated to me.

I means it's there job to know and help

Shifting not done since June stating cable fault & & even feasible from neighbour colony but insisting for higher plans ftth by disconnection. We are in a 4th Generation, but our BsNL still not providing good 2G signal. I'm very sad to leave BSNL. But I don't have any choice.
