@BSNLCorporate I am a FAN of BSNL. Unfortunately I am not getting even ".5" GB data ! Out of 3.5 GB/ Day. Painful to say that "NO SIGNAL" Even in cities like Hyderabad and BANGALORE! Every time brought to the notice of authorities, but "NO RESPONSE NOR ACTIONS" WHAT TO DO. ????

Literally even BSNL employees at Gowliguda exchange Hyderabad, doesn't know about best recharge plans. And they fail to explain the recharge options. @BSNLCorporate Good Bye!! I would never recomend BSNL to anyone.

Vajpayee converted DOT into BSNL corporation on 1st Oct 2000 over 10 years UPA destroyed it and made pvt operators rich and BSNL poor and Modi cutting the tree itself to help JIO. God save BSNL

@CMDBSNL @arvind9963 Officers of the rank of JAG,SAG,HAG are not relieved despite issue of transfer orders. When lower level officers seek retention they are relieved forceably citing BSNL interest. Is interest of service only for lower levels.

@KesariDhwaj @rud_ras Have similar experience after switching over to Airtel from earlier BSNL. Earlier there was no MNP. Problem with getting locked to one seller without option of switching over.

@CMDBSNL after complaining for 8 times the landline 040-27807024 no one is attending the repair of a super senior citizen. The phone is dead for the past 3 months.simply the complaints are closed without correcting. This is the fate of a Bsnl user request to help.

@abntelugutv Yes this is TRUTH... they are entering The AIR /DD on deputation and wreaking have from within by discarding the CODE of the Public Service B caster...one BSNL employee on deputation to AIR as ADG Blore was even have cases filed against him under NATIONAL symbols misuse....

@BSNLCorporate I think the authorities of BSNL will provide CDMA, when land line wires broken, or not there. When private operators are providing CDMA connections, the GREAT BSNL, I think can provide the facilitate Customers.

@BSNLCorporate Bsnl-mother of all other network provider company but misfortune is -only tower is there but fuel is stolen or sold which is there to run that tower. Bcomes the cause of discouragement for bsnl. I urge and request please don't let ur customer feel that bsnl is waste of money.

@TanaysinghT I paid a whopping ₹6000 for modem and installation to the local cable operator who is outsourced by BSNL. Apparently no other service provider is available in my hometown and I had to pay that amount. I doubt many would pay that kind of amount for getting a fibre connection.

@TelecomTalk First let them provide some indoor coverage or Vowifi. Then we will wait and see. Worst network. No services in most of the villages in Tamil Nadu. Best coverage 1st BSNL, 2nd Jio , 3rd Airtel. #vi don’t have good network.

@BSNLCorporate I want to set BSNL Caller tune but not able to set PBRT by all type of medium. to set PBRT I tried call to 56700, msg to 56799,by BSNL Caller tune app,by BSNL website or complaining in call centre. I tried it over 30 days. What to do. Shall I PORT to other network.
