    Very strange BSNL still in slumber when other telcos are running fast.3 days back filed complaint about dead land line. No response from their side till now.This is difference between private & Govt cos.When Govt &BSNL wake up to put in proper monitoring body to track complaints

    @BSNLCorporate my phone 040-24094199 has been out of order for last 15-20 days. Even after complaining, it remains alive for a few hrs and then dead again. Pathetic and frustrating. Repeated complaints too don't help. At the mercy of BSNL. No wonder the loss.

    @dhruv_rathee What were BSNL executives doing while revenues flattened over years! That was the fault. You treated yourselves as govt employees, not as a commercial venture employees! Don't vote for this Govt. BSNL has excellent infrastructure, will pay terminal service benefits of all.

    The BSNL has released the out going calls after complaint on Twitter It shows that the staff recruited are so negligent that that they do not care to see whether the balance is Ther or not

    Very satisfied sleep, I guess. Why not! BJP ministers facilitate fraudsters to flee India ! CBI, CAG, ED, IT are misused only to terrorise BJP's rivals. PM, FM, RM lie to parliament! ToI prostrated before BJP. Air India, BSNL & HAL face bankruptcy due to bad policies of BJP Govt.

    @FinMinIndia When BSNL ,AIRTEL JIO telecom operators are offering ₹1699package for one year free calls to any network,data @1GB per day,100 sms per day,is it not proper to limit the reimbursement to the same amount to authorities.Qhich also saves much amount

    @BSNLCorporate Dear bsnl availability of network itself is a major challenge in this area. I am from karnataka vijayapur which has got better network availability than this mega city.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt it's been more than 36hrs exchange is down and no progress on it yet, we are losing our work hours relying on BSNL broadband.this despite being in heart of Hyderabad.. pathetic state of performance.. time to look for other networks

    @IndianExpress BSNL is an example of PSUs going down the chute! Look at PSU banks! Now BSNL. It's one of the most terrible service providers. Because it's overstaffed, staff irresponsible, bad service. It was bound to happen. Why it wasn't privatised like VSNL, MTNL

    @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate six calls to BSNL customer service. All answered but but on mute. I never heard anyone. The hindi option picked up and asked “ hello ji, kya hona aapko bolo” and disconnected.

    Smtme ur agenda of finding negativity is so strong that you stop using your brain. Look around and tell e how many BSNL customer do you see. Look at the plans they have. Private companies also lay off huge numbers when they dont perform or the project is over. Stop hypocrisy

    @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare Why there is no proper 4g network in our area. Just 3kms away from our place the internet is amazing. Why don't u resolve internet issues in my area Gollaprolu -533445. I think other than BSNL there is no tower in my area.

    @kap_bee Possible. The strategy has never been to fix the root cause. Despite it has just been to revive the unit through funds. At first place, @DoT_India @FinMinIndia must fix those factors, which have put #BSNL in poor state.
