I means it's there job to know and help

BSNL has now upgraded router and asking me to buy that for Rs 1500. Else, i have to disconnect. Isn't this ridiculous ? Any upgrade has to be borne by the company. Pl look into it.

The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. pavan kumar (@bhatpk91) reportedDay 5 with no BSNL FTTH service. Despite multiple complaints to Customer Care, the local BSNL office, DGM, and higher authorities, there is still no response or resolution. Complaint tickets are being closed without fixing the issue. This is unacceptable.
