    @Yo_Bala BSNL never makes networking equipment so there is no way it can become Huawei. This is just a mobile/broadband company, nothing more, nothing less.

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate my complaint no. 1056 798 679. Contact no. 01275 259241 I filled continuous complaint on Friday. Previously BSNL brand, fiber and mobile were working great, but now they are the worst, please help me resolve this issue. I am facing work loss due to this.

    @BSNLCorporate my bsnl fibre no. 0532-2973217 Very erratic internet. Too much buffering. Many times no internet. Please help otherwise I will switch to other ISP.

    BSNL fiber down from 2 days and yes after repeated calls and complaints there's still no response from @BSNL_OR @CMDBSNL Are we doing enough to compete with the private players? You guys have much better bandwith and connectivity, where's the enthusiasm??

    @BSNLCorporate @pib_comm @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL broadband down for last 8 days and complaints are getting closed without proper resolution. Needs serious attention from responsible folks. BSNL tollfree goes blank when you wish to speak to helpline team

    @Lostbutlovingi1 @ArunTha39615816 @GuptaPragnya Do not use Airtel or Jio - use a BSNL Broad band connection. If any issue comes, you will get answer for your question. Private players got the Bandwidth in a competitive bidding, even you can bid for the bandwidth. We have seen companies like Telenor not able to bid.

    @BSNL_HR haven't seen such pathetic service than bsnl customer care provide. Had to enquire details of amt billed since it appears that last bill amt is also added to current bill. Highly unskilled customer care execs are engaged who instead of giving info on desired topic

    @GuptaPragnya Government run institutions (don't know why they are in business to start with) are all over staffed, can't fire thus complacency and pathetic productivity rules. Zero accountability & service quality horrible...be it electricity, bsnl, air india(!) We have some gems in karntakae
