@Yo_Bala BSNL never makes networking equipment so there is no way it can become Huawei. This is just a mobile/broadband company, nothing more, nothing less.

@JioCare Don’t call it Jio 5G. If the speed is worse than 3G and reliability worse than BSNL, just call it Jio “No G” — because there’s no network, no support, no shame. @JioCare @TRAI how long do we suffer for your profits?

BSNL's got real problems—bureaucratic bloat leads to sluggish service and network hiccups, no doubt. But firing "lazy" employees? That's oversimplifying; it's systemic rot in govt ops. Good news: Online SIMs are available now, eSIMs rolled out, and 5G pilots are underway, though full rollout's lagging. Overhaul? Privatize for real efficiency, or it'll stay India's telecom dinosaur.

Trust me I have been facing issues with BSNL for the last 2 months. I have been ported to show support to bsnl. Barely getting even 2G, no network form last 2 weeks. Complaint 20+ times no solving. Only doing technical words no ground reports. After being 2months + more bsnl user. I'll request you if the tower is near your location only then get a bsnl but as a secondary SIM or that sim you use very less. BSNL needs another year to develop proper 4G services, including esim, VoWifi, callertunes like basic services
