    @Yo_Bala BSNL never makes networking equipment so there is no way it can become Huawei. This is just a mobile/broadband company, nothing more, nothing less.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR Once i get other service provider I am going to file a case in consumer court and document the entire process of how you guys loot people. Red light appears every week , the bsnl guy keeps saying he will change the wire everytime but it never comes.

    @BSNL_MP_Circle Broad band service is not working on my phone no. 07552480928 for more than last one week. In spite of repetitive complaints, and talking to concerned BSNL staff, nothing fruitful is achieved. Please look into if you can do anything.

    @ANI There was a time, we waited for a month to get a connection and all bsnl employees were NALLA, just casual attitude now look at this. Karma is real MTNL in 2015 took 60 days just to connect the 2 broken wires and we were out of internet whole time

    @ANI Both BSNL & MTNL are hugely ovesrstaffed at top. Compare man to customer ratio of all telecom service providers. BSNL has a separate GM/AGM for everything - Pole, Cable, Switching, Server, Billing, Customer Care & so on...all fat asses doing very little. Shut down ASAP.

    @BSNLCorporate your services in khabra muzaffarpur Bihar pin 843113 is worst call hot disconnected when power supply fails. At last I am porting with sad heart to VI. act immediately to save three of my other mobile no, from opting out of BSNL.
