@BSNLCorporate I visited office of bsnl nearby DRM office bsl. But they told, that we cannot do anything to help you in this case of recover your old deposit .A week ago.

1/2 I got the point. I purchased my service from a private vendor in Saran, and this person never responded to my problems; whenever I asked for a solution, he suggested I should shift my connection from BSNL to Railtel and many other fibre networks ?They are doing this purposely
