@BSNLCorporate got a new BB fiber connection from bsnl....but the technician is saying telephone instrument is not free....i have to pay or buy myself ..but customer care exec is saying instrument is free..asking me to contact local bsnl branch office..

@Sarthaksavvy I had terrible experience with Ruko a during my Bangalore days. But that was way back, about 10 years or so. I have now been using BSNL Fiber at one home and Jio Fiber and Airtel Fiber at another. All 3 are equally good, more or less. I u have the option of Jio, go for it

@SDMMahendragarh @BSNL_HR The worst service that I got is from the BSNL Narnaul. The SDO #Rahul_Yadav @Bsnl Narnaul have no response towards customer request.I got static IP and Increased my plan above 1.5k till today from last 5 day my internet is not working. #Bsnl_FTTH
