Called service provider, replied- due to windy weather Power deppt shutting electricity. Genset not working for bsnl to power their towers. Conclusion- Mother nature is the reason for no connect.

However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. They should focus on cost effective mobile plans (significantly cheaper than pvt) with better quality of service.
