Called service provider, replied- due to windy weather Power deppt shutting electricity. Genset not working for bsnl to power their towers. Conclusion- Mother nature is the reason for no connect.

Land is not a issue if they want. everyday I go to my office and see NTPC has huge plots bang on Sector 62 Noida which can be used. Similarly In Indirapuram BSNL has a huge vacant plot for atleast 20 years. I am sure Vaishali, Vasundhara would have similar plots
