    @BSNLCorporate I want to close my BSNL fiber connection. I’m receiving the worst service from your side. I called 5 times today to your customer service. One executive picked up but he was so rude and disconnected the phone. My issue is still unresolved. Ac- 1026904473

    2/2 Now, we about 1000 residents of this village have decided to switch to #BSNL as it is about 2 increase presence with better coverage. Services of both of u make people go mad searching network. @TRAI @DoT_India pl take feedback of ground on speed n service.@AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate Hi Bsnl team, so there is no grievance as such. I don't use the broadband service which is why I want to cancel it, that's all. So please share the concerned email id where I can send my cancelation request

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND two consecutive recharges of Rs 147 in my prepaid mobile 8987519024 failed on 1st Feb 2023, but still money is not refunded. No provision to log complaint also. Very poor customer service. How long will BSNL run with govt patronage?

    @MeNarayanRane We are a MSME UNIT and registered with Delhi MSME. please help to take payments from VARIOUS BSNL BAs in Haryana circle and NORTHERN TELECOM PROJECT Circle. They are not release the payment even BSNL panel Arbitrator and Delhi High court arbitrator give the awards

    @BSNL_KL "FTTH connection under Udyami scheme at Kandassankadavu exchange is technically not feasible now. However you can avail regular FTTH connection." This is reply we get when govt gives such good plans, we are forced to pay modem charges even if it's free. BSNL will never improve
