@BSNL_RJ @bsnlrajasthan Very poor service from BSNL since last two months. Daily internet is down at least for 3-4 hours during working time. At home as well as at office. Again BSNL has proved that it can not be trusted. Now we need to have backup plan. @consumerforum_

Let me take my own example, Airtel & BSNL network speed is good in my area where I live but Jio's speed is worse than 3G. But in my college, Jio speed is very fast. So, this is the reality.

The contractor demanding to pay for cost of cable.He bluntly said if amount for cable is not paid,he won't rectify the problem. from sep6th till now fault not rectified. BSNL officials are helpless.

@BSNL_CHTD Hello bsnl Chennai ! there is poor network outer areas of Chennai for past 10 days. In and around Avadi , thiruvallur poor connectivity of internet. Not able to even make calls. Please do look up to this issue and do the needful. #bsnl
