    @narendramodi Ya to is company ko band kare ya janta se loot. We think it's plan is cheaper but due to it's poor service faclity we recharged another sim that cost the very high. I think you better know the situation of a middle class family's. Ple stop this nonsense. Shut down BSNL.

    I called BSNL customer care and explained him the issue. He says we get lot of calls like this and our duty is to explain customers. When I asked how to get the content updated in a customer friendly manner, he asked to speak to his TL. Guess TL said end the call 🙏

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate In our area bsnl network based on electricity, no backup there, bsnl staff told me upper management not provide generator diesel, network down after electricity cut, plz solve it asap . Area: village alewa distt jind haryana-12611

    @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw I have sent DM's to Bsnl corporate and state ID. Since I could not see a resolution even after 10 hours of raising the complaint hence reaching out to you. Private players jump to resolving issues on priority and here is a govt entity (Bsnl) that has not moved a finger yet
