    @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate My BSNL fiber line has been down since yesterday morning . Gave it time thinking it might be fixed, especially since it was Eid ul Adha. But even today, I’m being told it’s a holiday while I continue to suffer. Is this the service we deserve?

    @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia @BSNL_JKMy BSNL fiber is down since yesterday morning (LOS red). Waited due to holiday, but next day too “still a holiday.” Now I get a message saying complaint is resolved, but net is still dead. Please stop marking fake resolutions.

    @TRAI 6). But after few days it was gone again and I called customer care. also got call from bsnl officers and they said Bbnl is responsible for connecting the cable abd bsnl has asked Bbnl to join the cable but BBNL is ignoring and bsnl can't do anything. And again network was gone.

    @TRAI 7) And after again 15-20 days around 22-23rd may network came back. I had active recharge of rs 197 during this time but I couldn't utilise it. I even called consumer affairs helpline but bsnl did not respond to them and I got consumer affairs and they told me to file legal case

    @MrPerfectTech Once I called the BSNL service, and even when explicitly choosing English, they cut my sentence in middle and said if I can speak in Hindi. This is becoming a pan India issue.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @bsnl_care Connectivity on bsnl network is too poor. Often phones(from & to BSNL) do not connect. Even phone nearby will say out of network area. Ppl thinking to port to other service providers. We patronise bcz of PSU but then network has to work

    @BSNLCorporate what is the minimum recharge for porting very less network only 1 network is showing unable to send or receive call and sms ported from jio to bsnl on 15 feb still no range nothing.

    In a nutshell: Slow 4G, poor call quality, ineffective support. Customer service and office staff are unaware of BSNL's offerings. If @ViNewsOfficial (V!) lowers prices by 10-15%, it would be a great deal for us. (5/5)

    @TRAI 8.)My national consumer helpline docket number was 6983609 you can check it. So later I asked bsnl to give me refund but they are ignoring it. And the there are lots of issues in their network and their network goes off many times in a month and does come back from days to weeks.
