    @BSNL_JK I have a bank WiFi connection . Number is 1912923134. The plan is 5 Mbps but I barely get 100 kbps. I have complained several times , it works for a day or two and the issue comes up again. I was on call for BSNL support for 2 hours without getting connected to any agent

    @brars3300 @Gabbysingh11 @diljitdosanjh 1st ..govt has no business running businesses. Worst managed and bad service is the reason for their situation not Pvt players. Pvt player hve better and more competitive service and consumers chose whom they like..bsnl aaj BHI hai, le lo Uske phne, fly only air India..but v dont

    @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate even after govt big support BSNL has taken care of its employees what about vendors who are not paid for two yrs . Our phones mail fall on deaf ears. Only comment from whatsapp msg will give after funds come. So BSNL MH working for two yrs without fund

    @cgm_mh_bsnl regret to say on one hand u say BSNL is committed to give excellent service to it's customers but reality is something else. Manicpur exchange VASAI has failed completely because back up batteries provided during power failure its life expired. Telephones r dead.

    @thewolfofdalal @EconomicTimes Bro bcoz of jio ,BSNL MTNL ko 4g spectrum nahi mila other wise waha bhi achi service milti... samja..check when they got 4g or they havnt got. Waise reliance sabki bajata hain eg ongc,bsnl,mtnl.

    @asbhonge @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial As a temporary measure Bsnl should provide voice over wifi (vowifi)and or its WINGS service FOC. This will give immediate relief to the subscribers demanding better network for making voice calls.

    Why I am not getting bsnl network in Mumbai? Whenever I checked the data speed, download and upload speed is BIG ZERO. Shall we stop using bsnl services? What is the intention of the Government of India?

    @srivatsayb @VyangyaPuraan BSNL service is worst since inception Contract will be awarded to those who deserved that. Being a government company doesn't a qualification to get government contracts.

    These @Airtel_Presence have got some tie up issues with BSNL and other MSPs. So one can't either dial those numbers and receive OTPs sent from those MSPs server. So whoever is using BSNL services to send OTPs, you won't receive on Airtel Mumbai network.

    In our Nashik SSA, 3G Network also not available in all mejor Cities and all villages of the District. So, most of BSNL Cutomers converted their phone to other operators. So, minimum 3G network should be immediately provided to all Cutomers #TalkToCGMBSNLMH

    @VVvithlani75 I believe there are not many towers in rural areas because of which this network issue is pertaining since years. And yet no proper attention is paid to it. Only if you have a BSNL sim, you’ll be able to get through the situation.

    @asbhonge Inspite having poor network coverage throughout mumbai, I have been using bsnl 2g/3g past 4+ years as a secondary sim. Bureaucracy at each level is killing the growth of the company. Expecting better services from @BSNLCorporate after taking over from @MTNLOfficial

    @deepak_armyboys @HarryPo18358834 @RaajKumarAnand1 My dad worked as a contractor in BSNL all his life, all BSNL did is timepass, SDO/JTO would never come to office and used to take their salaries on time, if they would have worked then BSNL wouldn't be in this condition, BSNL employees never learned and made a mess.

    @BSNL_PB If it was not technically feasible then we I was contacted and even wires are laid down till my room. That means it is feasible. It's just that BSNL is unable to fix a problem in their FMS portal due to which not only me but so many other users are impacted.

    There is a @BSNLCorporate network in my village. But it is useless because @BSNL_OR can't upgrade it to 3G. Most of the time it has no connection and if you try to contact the bsnl office, they will treat you like you are the servant to them. Shame. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    On vacation in hometown after a year and still no resolution of the issue, the BSNL broadband stopped working suddenly without any warning. BSNL broadband is extremely unreliable and cannot be used for WFH or online classes. It stops working without any warnings. @BSNLCorporate

    @yupptv_scope I have BSNL Superstar Premium Plan. I have paid all my bills on time, but since 25 Sept again my yupptv subscription has stopped working. I tried contacting BSNL as well as yupptv but got no positive response. Kindly resolve the problem.

    @BSNLCorporate i want to downgrade my fibre plan to basic from basic plus because m not getting good speed there is no option on online portal so i raised a complaint regarding this on online portal they replied that i have to submit application in bsnl office and closed complait
