    @DoT_India Dear Sir, Please merge Vodafone Idea with MTNL to form a second Public Sector Undertaking. Please bring BSNL Land-line and Mobile service to Mumbai and Delhi to have seamless operation of the nation wide service. Also launch 4G at the earliest. Please do the needful.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @rsprasad Unreliable network connectivity of BSNL at Navi mumbai, Nerul(E), Sector-27. Most of the time tower signal disappears. Feel like living in taboo island. Mumbai, being commercial hub, no net work of BSNL. Pl help us.

    @arunbothra I once complained to BSNL( broadband department) area manager about this, he said " you need our service, we dont really need you, so bare with it". BSNL deserved a shut down.

    @DoT_India At present the MTNL, Mumbai neither repair, replace faulty telephone instument nor provide new unit and advise to purchase from open market. Is it the beginning of winding PSU? Merge BSNL and MTNL, improve infrastructures and services for existence. @pib_comm The only solution.

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate Please inform your BSNL office not to call for Bill payment from next day…they are giving THIRD CLASS service to customer. Hopeless service. Net goes off anytime and asking for money from next day. Hopeless / useless department. You must refund 50 %.
