BBNL, a 100% subsidiary of BSNL has laid fiber optic of above 5 lakh km in more than 1 lakh villages. My village which doesn't get calling network now has high speed internet. BSNL cannot be sold!

If there is CSC then surely there may be an AGM rank officer available in exchange there you could have got your issue resolved.
