    Desh me sbse pehle konsa Network katega muft corona package ki ghosna agle 3mahine kliye wait n watch :- Jio, BSNL, Airtel, idea etc. And DTH service me :- Airtel, Videocon, Tata sky, Dish Tv, Hathaway, In , win, den network etc. Ya sirf khoon chuste rhenge ye company's hmesa

    @sanket If the Government run BSNL and MTNL will provide on par service (which they are in fact capable of) who will turn to the private players. This is a deliberate attempt so that those intending to benefit can fill their coffers.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Sir.  I am a Senior Citizen staying at Vashi Sector 22 , Turbhe Village Post office road. the problem is area MTNL/BSNL not available mobile network not getting MTNL mobile network we complain so many time .6 month there is no response.

    @BSNL_JK I have a bank WiFi connection . Number is 1912923134. The plan is 5 Mbps but I barely get 100 kbps. I have complained several times , it works for a day or two and the issue comes up again. I was on call for BSNL support for 2 hours without getting connected to any agent

    @MandarSawant184 @Rajendr39947069 Same with BSNL, it used to take weeks for the broadband to resume once it stops. And call Kiya to mu pe bolte the.... Jisko complaint karna hai Karo....hume koi farak nahi padta....

    @BSNLCorporate No it's not resolved Even after twitter, Had demand for Refund since September 2020 till Date 2022 not yet refunded, even had given letter for Disconnection of Service in September 2020 to Mr Paliwalji of Falna Exchange and Pali Exchange sent to Mr Mohanji is ignore by Falna BSNL

    No has been port to bsnl but only calls are able to done the messages and data not working what is the problem ur customer supports are telling televerification is required but the sim is has network but data md messages not working?? @10digiapp @bsnl

    Call 24x7 Customer Care numbers 0124-2641407 / 020-26231407 / 1860 233 1407 from MTNL / BSNL lines and Mobile / landlines of most private telecom operators in India only. All these numbers are not working @airindiain @HardeepSPuri

    @arunbothra I once complained to BSNL( broadband department) area manager about this, he said " you need our service, we dont really need you, so bare with it". BSNL deserved a shut down.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl regret to say on one hand u say BSNL is committed to give excellent service to it's customers but reality is something else. Manicpur exchange VASAI has failed completely because back up batteries provided during power failure its life expired. Telephones r dead.

    @bsnl_care Via BSNL sim, same location. There's slight improvemnt in ur service. But it's not satisfactory. BSNL 4G vanished at around 22:15 & didn't return till 23:27. I don't know whethr it returnd aftr I went off 2 sleep. But at 7 am there was no 4G. Now it's availble & so I could post.

    @bsnl_care Called the number even they don't have any idea about vashi csc, they told me to Google it as they got no idea. M sure many people like me would have paid for sim but never got the sim. I guess it's a new source of income for bsnl #bsnlscams

    SIR registration via ECINET App needs OTP. For BSNL sim, OTP arrives around 3.5 minutes later. Timeout is 3mins in App & 1.5mins in Web(may be App also 1.5mins and might be UI issue). So a loop of 15 re-tries to figure out this mess and root cause. No solution. Digital India.

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate i tried multiple times for the upc code for porting purpose, but i am not getting any sms reply on my porting sms request.. what kind of issue is it ? are you deliberately not providing upc code,so that I stay with bsnl and suffer bsnl poor network

    @bsnl_care Like this already took more than 25 complaints. Why just playing complaints game.?? Shameful BSNL.. network that is destroying its own trust by worthless service. Not fixing tower issues for months and why do bsnl charge us?
