So, most of BSNL Cutomers converted their phone to other operators. So, minimum 3G network should be immediately provided to all Cutomers #TalkToCGMBSNLMH

Manicpur exchange VASAI has failed completely because back up batteries provided during power failure its life expired. Telephones r dead.

Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium. If person is unable due to genuine issues and if same was communicated to BSNL why temporary suspension was not the remedy as there was 2000 inr recharge done on the same number. If KYC infrastructure is not readily available at his place of residence at given time how number could be permanently deactivated? Also this number is linked with his Aadhar as well as healthcare facilities hence number deactivation seriously affects various Healthcare schemes as well as agricultural schemes. Hence we seek solution in interest of justice.
