    I'm sorry but the gov should genuinely reconsider turning VIL debt into equity. It is NOT the govs job to look after broken, lethargic biz models just to avoid a duopoly. We already have liabilities called MTNL and BSNL.

    @asbhonge @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial As a temporary measure Bsnl should provide voice over wifi (vowifi)and or its WINGS service FOC. This will give immediate relief to the subscribers demanding better network for making voice calls.

    These @Airtel_Presence have got some tie up issues with BSNL and other MSPs. So one can't either dial those numbers and receive OTPs sent from those MSPs server. So whoever is using BSNL services to send OTPs, you won't receive on Airtel Mumbai network.

    @BSNL_JK I have a bank WiFi connection . Number is 1912923134. The plan is 5 Mbps but I barely get 100 kbps. I have complained several times , it works for a day or two and the issue comes up again. I was on call for BSNL support for 2 hours without getting connected to any agent

    All is true except good quality , customer approach and satisfaction , prompt fault clearance. That is why BSNL retired officials do not want to get this connection instead disconnecting and opting out for other operators. I my self did with my number 01812715252

    @dmuthuk As a consumer, smart meter is required. Smart meters will help Tangedco reduce revenue loss. All losses and inefficiencies are passed on to consumers as tariff increase. Let private DISCOMs be allowed. Consumers don't have choice. It is like old BSNL with no competition.

    @BSNL_GJ I just port my number to bsnl 1 week ago there are network issues. The network tower shows full but when I call some one the call gets disconnected and unable to receive any calls please solve the issues
