    @BSNL_OR @TRAI Hi Team, we the customers paying more than 800/- every month for broadband service. But we don't get good service. If bsnl is incapable of providing service why taking money from the customer by giving fake assurance!

    India’s now running on a Duopoly of Airtel and Jio. Vi is fading away like BSNL and MTNL. Yet, Vi’s brick and mortar store is the most staffed and well lit, keeping in mind, the comfort of the customer and the employee. Hopefully, it makes a comeback… #Vi @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @BSNL_BR worst telecomm, i wish Government should dissolve and shut down. The customer care number never works, tried calling for some issue. @AshwiniVaishnaw plz sir can you ask BSNL employees to justify for the salary they get.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI I am complaining same issue since past 6 months of slow BSNL net speed ie max 30kbps and no backup battery. In sancordem dharbandora Goa. No action till now.
