    @guru3ti @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate IMHO, all MSP are same. I have Jio, BSNL, Vodafone - all similar issues - poor N/w coverage, Don't receive calls, bad voice quality, poor internet speed. I wonder if I should start using landline telephone! Been user from BPL Mobile/Tata Cellular/ JTM/ Spice days!

    @AtonuK Many still hold on to BSNL out of sentiment, but consistent service is the real reward people expect. Hope BSNL lives up to that legacy. #BSNL

    @NalinisKitchen @TRAI Was trying the bsnl sim home delivery service and was surprised that it’s not available in Bangalore city. Wow..!!

    @TelecomTalk yes in delhi ncr circle they need to work because people asking bsnl when ur 4g come no one know in mtnl even they behaviour still rude with arrogance

    @TelecomTalk Although BSNL has tried to express satisfaction with its fiber service, it identifies a completely dilapidated state of mobile service. Although the connection is generally stable on fiber, the network blackouts on mobile service occur from time to time. This is unacceptable.

    @IndianTechGuide Why are we discussing BSNL. It has poor services, outdated technology. One should question about how this happened and who is responsible for it and did he get punished or not?

    @anjusabu @mohitlaws Just to clarify, BSNL wrote off his dues because those payments were ******* in long, complicated legal and contractual issues….not simply waived. Meanwhile, BSNL’s push for fiber is about modernizing infrastructure to provide better, faster service to everyone. So it is not just about forcing payments but upgrading the network to stay relevant in todays digital world. Tell me, out of Jio’s 50 crore customers, how many are stuck paying ₹350 instead of ₹177 just to keep a landline for sentimental reasons like you. If there are many like you, then maybe I should join you in hating businessmen and capitalism while appreciating communism

    As an Indian citizen, Im looking for another alternative Mobile Network Provider OTHER THAN Jio,Airtel,Vi,Bsnl. I'm fed upwith these mobile networks. Few monopolies holding the market in india.

    @BSNL_KOTD My BSNL FTTH connection has been down for the last 2 days while my neighbours’ connections are working fine. Local LCO is not responding to calls. Please help restore the service urgently.
