    @BSNLCorporate Even after recharging, incoming and outgoing calls are still barred. Upon calling customer service, they asked me to visit the BSNL office, which is approximately 20km away. Is this a practical solution and the support expected?

    Dear BSNL, there is no network, no coverage, no signal, and no internet connection at all in Amariaaghipur, near Siva Mandir, Pakha Mohapatra Sahi, Balasore, Odisha, India. Unable to make calls or use data services. Kindly resolve this issue urgently. #BSNL #NetworkIssue #Balasor

    2-Bsnl portal is too slow.. and the recharge doesn't show/ work? 3- I am using bsnl since long and my bank accounts use this no 4- But because of the extremely bad services by #BSNL Telecom, my payments and #office work keep getting stalled @JM_Scindia

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM is not receiving any SMS/OTP. Network is available but mobile network state shows disconnected. SMSC cannot be edited. SIM already replaced but issue persists. Kindly refresh HLR & SMS provisioning urgently. Mobile No: 7589337649 Location: Punjab

    @kkunwar043 Sir, As per report of concern office, on 30th March, 2026 there was connectivity issue at the office and it was reported to BSNL by the office. Now there is proper connectivity at the office, you can visit the branch now.

    BSNL makes this even more telling. Among India's top 30 PSUs by turnover, crossing ₹21,000 crore in FY24, it has always been a Category I Miniratna because it lacks consistent profitability. And despite years of underperformance, it has never been downgraded.
