    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL2 The worst network in Katkumbh village in Chikhaldara Tahsil, Dist Amravati. 444801. Always no network, or 2G network available. Thousands of customers are porting from BSNL to Jio. BSNL you will never be a good network provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a Jio 4G connection but sad to say I have to depend upon BSNL 3G because at Katkumbh village in Amravati there is very poor or no network of Jio. No Jio tower.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I have been trying to get a new bsnl connection in Mumbai for more than a week. Applied online then called customer service who asked to apply via WhatsApp. Did that too, but nothing happening. Things haven’t changed much unfortunately inspite of your efforts.

    @m22607171 Yes , thats true..Most of the remote areas still depend on BSNL for the network connection..Bt interestingly, Gok came with KFON & its slogan was connecting the unconnected. ..but it rarely connected the unconnected .

    I explained that I’ve been trying to contact support for over a month and have already raised a complaint through the BSNL website with no resolution till now. Instead of assisting, the call was disconnected on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable. @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_care @TRAI So BSNL agrees selling new sim cards without working on it and my monthly recharge is coming to an end and u claim u guys still working on it. simply give me the settings apn or network so that i can atleast receive and make calls
