    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a Jio 4G connection but sad to say I have to depend upon BSNL 3G because at Katkumbh village in Amravati there is very poor or no network of Jio. No Jio tower.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL2 The worst network in Katkumbh village in Chikhaldara Tahsil, Dist Amravati. 444801. Always no network, or 2G network available. Thousands of customers are porting from BSNL to Jio. BSNL you will never be a good network provider.

    Switched my number (7013762025) from Jio to BSNL, but facing severe network issues at my location (Lat: 17.513757°, Long: 78.588415°). Raised 3 complaints, yet no resolution. BSNL, how can the public trust your service when customer issues are ignored?

    @bsnl_care It's end of 7th day & still no resolution from BSNL for the issue. Is there any timeline for the wait or is it for ever? When will the matter be escalated from your end to the next level?

    Customer service? They only register complaints, not working on the ground. Some even close them without solving. Thanks to BSNL for providing great ****

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 First give me refund because you wasted my money because of no network. See my dm. And call me. I registered complaint and customer support said that I will get call from bsnl officer in 24 hour but I didn't get any call.

    Worst broadband service ever provider, I have placed a relocation request on 28th May 2025 — still no resolution. This is worse than state run BSNL. Zero support, zero accountability. Think twice before choosing Jio Fiber! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @bsnl_care Hi, I wanted a BSNL prepaid sim card. But the nearest BSNL office doesn't provide sim card services, where should I go then? I also tried to order online in the BSNL portal but my areas pin code is not deliverable showing. Help in this regard please.
