Always no network, or 2G network available. Thousands of customers are porting from BSNL to Jio. BSNL you will never be a good network provider.

The local team neither answers calls nor replies on WhatsApp. But yes, they were very quick to collect 6 monthsโ advance payment so that customers canโt even switch to another provider easily. At this point, we are paying not for internet service, but for frustration and ignorance. If this is the level of support BSNL provides, then โDigital Indiaโ is truly in safe hands.
