Always no network, or 2G network available. Thousands of customers are porting from BSNL to Jio. BSNL you will never be a good network provider.

Universal Service Obligation funding is there. Based on that scheme, we are given some target of installing the towers. So, that is called 4G saturation towers. DealAlerts (@TheDealAlerts) reported@Indianinfoguide This is a smart way to get people to test the network. But the real challenge is the โน1,280Cr loss BSNL reported for Q1 FY27. They need these new users to actually stay & recharge the โน2,399 plan later if they want to fix the numbers. 5G in Andhra is still 5 to 6 months away.
