@JioCare @reliancejio I have a Jio 4G connection but sad to say I have to depend upon BSNL 3G because at Katkumbh village in Amravati there is very poor or no network of Jio. No Jio tower.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL2 The worst network in Katkumbh village in Chikhaldara Tahsil, Dist Amravati. 444801. Always no network, or 2G network available. Thousands of customers are porting from BSNL to Jio. BSNL you will never be a good network provider.

@hindustan008 Problem for BSNL is not money. It's the attitude of it's staff. Unless they change themselves, nothing will change with BSNL. It's only tax payers money will run through the drains.

@BSNLCorporate My BSNL number 05673-298001 is Airfibre connection and is not getting configured from last 10 days. Getting No help at all, not sure who to blame for this delay. Please help.

@livemint A simple sim change process took me 4 hours in office. The same thing in airtel took 20mins. Lodged a complaint for jio fiber at 1150pm. engineer from jio was at my door step by 9am next day. Solves the problem by 940am. Can't expect such good services from BSNL.

@TanaysinghT BSNL handed over 40000 cr to govt by its profit till 2008-09. It was cash reserve of BSNL. First govt stopped interest over it. Then ceased all money in the name of miscellaneous funds.being in service/strategic sector absolutely BSNL deserves capital infusion.

@WESBENASA @Akshat_World Government has no business to do business. BSNL even 2g/3g service is pathetic. They can’t compete with private because they don’t care. Not very long ago BSNL would take months to even give connection. Such a poor run org

@unraveaero The difference is all classes of ppl (especially the lower classes) can use this service and many offshoot businesses can result. Air India was for the mostly rich and no related businesses. But BSNL can be run better
