Prasanth (@kgk_p) reported@DoT_India @TRAI . This is the pathetic situation of BSNL service. I have been following up with them for the past 4 days to send portability UPC code . They are unable to resolve the same . An amount of Rs 15 got deducted and till now I didnt get the upc code to port out
