  And when I started approaching so many isp for Internet connection none of them helped. To my surprise BSNL has its FTTH connection here and I opted for that. All private sectors are posting so much profit but never cared about rural areas. (2/n)

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 SIM claim is not matching with ground reality I am a sim seller, in jagdalpur BSNL office they are asking me to pay ₹50–₹60 for buying sim and telling only FRC is ₹1. I myself have purchased a SIM a few months ago under the ₹1 offer without extra SIM charge. Please Help me

  @bsnl_tt Without proper network availablity, what's the use of such offers and publicity? Being in Hyderabad also your network is very very poor. Regretting on my decision to convert into BSNL. Looking forward to complete the TRAI minimum stay time. Once done, I will run back for 5g again

  @BSNLCorporate My biggest mistake is port into bsnl sim in delhi . I don't get network properly & no signal of internet. Now i try to port bsnl into other network but you send wrong upc code that is not valid . Your customer care doesn't respond. My no. 9968970264. Please help

  Maintaining a dual SIM is painful you are literally paying double. And you can’t disconnect one due to poor network coverage in native areas. These providers including BSNL are looting. Simple calling plan, feels like basic is missing !

  Hey HMD India, I need a dumb phone that is not yet launched in India but you have launched it in Europe. The Phone is HMD 2660 with UPI (refreshed Nokia 2660) Why I don't want to go for Nokia varient, 1. Micro USB 2. Does not support BSNL 4G I had considered HMD Touch 4G but it doesnot have UPI.   @BSNLCorporate I have applied for a BSNL fiber connection on 7 April 2026. Done advance online payment of 999, generated CAF and allotted land line number but the local team have not installed any wire and activated my connection. Tired of calling them. Help
