And when I started approaching so many isp for Internet connection none of them helped. To my surprise BSNL has its FTTH connection here and I opted for that. All private sectors are posting so much profit but never cared about rural areas. (2/n)

Whether private people's think only profit mode,at the same time govt BSNL think service mode,so now all Indians will expected central govt allotted maximum funds for BSNL Broadband to develop it,that only BSNL equal fight with private Broadband people's,Thank you,

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN now peoples speak central govt will encourage only private people's like Jio,Airtel etc.,not to concentrate to develop BSNL Broadband,now private people's increase their monthly Broadband rental,If it is govt BSNL Broadband is only for service motive,

Hi @BSNLCorporate, I want to change my existing BSNL FTTH plan. I want to downgrade it to Fibre Basic plan, but there is no option on BSNL selfcare portal to downgrade it. Please help.

No BSNL mobile network, no broadband from past 3 days in my area. OFC broken by pwd for gas pipeline work and no BSNL officials paying any attention to the matter. JTO assigned to this area is on leave. Other officials doesn't have any clue #DigitalIndia @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH

@phoenix34789 @himantabiswa @narendramodi Internet was going to be cheap regardless, modi didn't pass any bill in parliament, instead he scrapped BSNL, which would have been more cheap with better network. It was a corporate decision, not guv's. Wait for 6G. Then the cost parity would be same.

@CDOT_India FTTH has been applied, according to bsnl offer is paid for 6 month bill, then you will get single band modem free, But the third party is not provide the modem. He is demanding 2200 rupees. BSNL Office is no any help.please help for new conne.of FTTH.

I went to ask for BSNL FTTH connection, and have got the estimation of 38,000rs for the FTTH connection. As per the government rules, it is their responsibility to provide the internet services to every home. Why should I pay so much?Please help me.@BSNL_KTK @bsnl_ftth @PMOIndia

@nag_vasireddy భలే భలే BSNL విషయం లో ఎప్పుడూ అనిపిస్తుంది, Govts allowed it to go bad to worse. They were bad in customer service, yes, but network was reliable. Talk of atma nirbhar, my expectation was it to be revived.

@BSNLCorporate couple of days back I have ported my vi sim to BSNL. Till today sim is not activated. In spite of calling customer care matter didn't solve yet. This is their service.... Isn't it disgusting?

@BSNLCorporate In Saurikh Distt. Kannauj(U.P.) STD- 05691 BSNL couldn't provide network last two days, please resolve the problem soon. Many problems created without having network as receiving OTP, calling, internet and much more. Please do better in this department.
