  And when I started approaching so many isp for Internet connection none of them helped. To my surprise BSNL has its FTTH connection here and I opted for that. All private sectors are posting so much profit but never cared about rural areas. (2/n)

  @dixittt03 BSNL should ask Jio to rent their standalone signal transmitter since Jio has been using BSNL infrastructure in many locations to provide service and hasn't paid anything to BSNL yet.

  @sgurumurthy A BSNL customer cannot watch even a youtube channel without buffering and interruption. You claim Sun TV channels were airlinked through BSNL. Say something that is believable.

  @TheShivaJatt I have paid 1 rupees for 1 second talk time to BSNL in 1999. Now even poor using mobile phones due to free calls and cheapest data in world. Public interest is important than saving BSNL.

  @TRAI @TRAI BSNL network is too slow in and around soraba taluk, shimoga, Karnataka. Though earlier mentioned about this matter no resolution is done till date. Let go internet, proper network is not available.

  @AdvocatePCDas Sir/Madam,           As reported, the disruption was caused by an uneven electrical power supply at the office premises, which resulted in a boot failure of the LAN switch. The LAN switch was subsequently reset, and the power supply fluctuations have now been completely rectified. The LAN switch has also been reconfigured and restored by the BSNL technical team. We regret the disruption caused to essential services and appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved.

  @BSNLCorporate I recently ported my number to bsnl , i was charged 300 Rs while porting stating base plan for 1 month with unlimited calls and 2gb data per day will be added. Looks like there is no active pack added to my number. Kindly help

  @BSNLCorporate At the same time, if the government wants BSNL to provide connectivity in rural, remote or strategically important areas where a purely commercial operator may not find it viable, compensate BSNL transparently for that responsibility. Don't make BSNL carry a public-service burden and then judge it as though it were a purely commercial business. 7/9
