    And when I started approaching so many isp for Internet connection none of them helped. To my surprise BSNL has its FTTH connection here and I opted for that. All private sectors are posting so much profit but never cared about rural areas. (2/n)

    @BSNLCorporate doing successful recharge From BSNL Selfcare App, Transaction ID - EKO01011221522321483. Now in the app shows no recharge has been done. What a pathetic service you have! I am from Kolkata circle. How it's resolved??

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Dear Team, Till today no one visited to fix the issue. dropped an email today as per BSNL grievance hierarchy. Hope BSNL will take some action to resolve these simple issues without making it more complex.
