To my surprise BSNL has its FTTH connection here and I opted for that. All private sectors are posting so much profit but never cared about rural areas. (2/n)

The entire BSNL ecosystem is lazy, non-working, unhelpful, toxic and abusing their position because of the job security. No one at BSNL exchange office help.
