They should receive their payment from govt for the order they delivered. Chas receivable at 3200 cr. Their debt will reduce and interest outgo as well.

Then I switch my mobile on Flight mode and again on normal mode and manually search network. After this exercise, I can see Vi-BSNL network again on mobile. Kindly resolve.
