And when I started approaching so many isp for Internet connection none of them helped. To my surprise BSNL has its FTTH connection here and I opted for that. All private sectors are posting so much profit but never cared about rural areas. (2/n)

Now it is enough. We have decided to port the SIM to another telecom operator, as BSNL has consistently failed to take any action. There is no willingness or attitude to improve the service.

@manoj_216 @IndianTechGuide I have bsnl and jio. Ported to bsnl on primary due to new tower installed in hometown. Only downside is it's not consistent. Call drops / network switches between 3g 4g 5g are very frequent.

Sir, BSNL broadband service in Rangabazar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha locality is too bad. On top of that a pathetic support service. Frequent outage & there is no battery backup. The internet speed also fluctuate for many months. Your concerned team should look into it urgently

@TRAI @BSNLCorporate Bsnl network and broadband are down from start june maybe from 5-6 june both bsnl 4g and bsnl broadband are down. No refund has provided we are. Please don't charge any bill from ftth broadband users in birul bazar pincode 460666 for may-june.

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate My BSNL LAND LINE NO. 0734- 2553731 IS DEAD SINCE 15 DAYS. COMPLAINT REGISTERED AT BSNL SELF CARE AND CUSTOMER CARE. HOPELESS SERVICE , HOPE LESS CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AND USELESS STAFF DRAWING 7th pay commision salary but not doing work.
