    @BSNLCorporate I did not need topup plan, but just by checking ut was activated. I have talked to BSNL employee Etah he has assured once the bill is generated, top up amount will be removed if applied. Hence please close this issue, as bsnl has promised to handle it after billed.

    @BSNLCorporate My issue is not yet resolved very disappointed to face such issues and after so many tweets also no resolution also there is no response from the department. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir nobody is listening not at all satisfied with made in india BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, problem still not resolved, right now no electricity and bsnl range is off already. My village and nearby village have good amount of bsnl subscriber who facing signal issue when no electricity, due to no tower backup option. My PINCODE : 431122
