From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

@BSNLCorporate Bsnl charged me 5000 rs for broadband installation on 11- Feb-2022 . No 5000 bill . (I will complaint against it ) No broadband installed till now . No customer service . I whatsapp the JTO BSNL (NURPUR HIMACHAL ) NO RESPONSE Why do we choose bsnl fiber ?

@BSNLCorporate Customer is not expecting to buy sorry from @bsnl_ap_circle we expect minimum good service, is BSNL responsible to give good service? remember we are clearing bills that you raise to us, least minimum service is expected Lets see how soon @bsnl_ap_circle is resolving this issue.

@BSNLCorporate Actually i used a BSNL BROADBAND from 2020 and from last september i didn't use but bill is increasing every month.Actually i told BSNL provider to stop services but they not stopeed my service and charges increasing...so help me i want to pay only for used DATA
