    @mepratap One thing I observed from Recent emergency conditions, Network problem in Coorg. Bsnl switching off network in night,Jio shutdown for 2 days. No way to call relatives and friends in Flood Area. Do something about this.Many people faced issues with this network problem

    Raised a complaint no. 1053279457 with BSNL for landline being dead. The ticket was closed with giving some CR reference number without taking any action. Need attention from higher authorities.@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @netshrink I have been using private networks since 2006. Yes faced issues sometime. But let me tell a story about BSNL- Our landline went dead along with many more customers in 2009 or 2010(dont remember exact yr) and was promised a fix in 15 days ... 1/2

    @BSNLCorporate After following up for 3 days & not getting any resolution , found out the reason . Amazing but true , no BSNL network in sector 9 , if you go 2 km towards NIT, you get network. Hard to believe from the state carrier ?

    Dear, @BSNLCorporate I live in Delhi. I need 2 post paid number 1 for GPS other 1 for personal use. Seems I have upcoming solo ride for Ladakh. I need to keep in touch with my family and friends. There are no other network work except BSNL. Plz help me to get connections.

    @Prasannasimha @AnuragAgrawalMD @netshrink Let's see... many neighbours have been using ACT longer than us, seem happy. Apart from service, biggest issue with BSNL was unwanted ads when loading unencrypted (plain pages. Sometimes offensive. We told BSNL office when surrendering, they were aware. Not in their hands!

    @BSNLCorporate Since I couldn't connect with above numbers from my bsnl due to outgoing issue, I tried above numbers from other mobile where customer care executive told me to contact 9419024365 which is a dead number. Sorry BSNL

    @CMDBSNL Very poor servise of bsnl in sambhal 244302 up west and staff of sambhal exchange not coming csc in duty time please cross check them confedencialy and take action. Customers complaint to sdo vivek for network problem he reples to talk babu sarvesh. Bad responce by sdo
