    @mepratap One thing I observed from Recent emergency conditions, Network problem in Coorg. Bsnl switching off network in night,Jio shutdown for 2 days. No way to call relatives and friends in Flood Area. Do something about this.Many people faced issues with this network problem

    If Vi genuinely wanted to save the company, it should have offered cheaper and more attractive plans so that users from Jio and Airtel would have an incentive to switch to Vi. BSNL has understood this strategy and is offering affordable plans, but its biggest problem is network coverage and service quality

    @SidharthKourav BSNL call quality is good within the city limit. It struggles in villages. I do not use it for any data so do not know about its data network quality. I use JIO for data, not for calls.

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlCmd I hv received a msg stating that my complaint (Reference ID: 18554035183) has been resolved. However, my wifi is still not working. I submitted a written complaint at the BSNL office last Saturday. The technician has been repeatedly saying “today/tomorrow”

    @SidharthKourav Vi good as compared to bsnl, have more plans option too and network connectivity also tho in my area idk yours but yes will be good vi as compared to bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I want to port from BSNL due to bad service, but my porting request through 1950 SMS isn't getting any response. Is there some other method?

    @Erishuuu We have only 3 options now yaar. Jio, Airtel and vi.. Network of Bsnl is not as good as these three. That's why we can't do anything. TRAI is sleeping in the corner, they doing nothing.
