    @mepratap One thing I observed from Recent emergency conditions, Network problem in Coorg. Bsnl switching off network in night,Jio shutdown for 2 days. No way to call relatives and friends in Flood Area. Do something about this.Many people faced issues with this network problem

    However, it has now been over 10 days, and the internet is still not working. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out to the concerned BSNL personnel, my calls have gone unanswered. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest.

    @bsnl_care There is nothing to apologise, it's problem of your carelessness in maintainance. Atleast keep a technician for one taluk who can do regular maintain of inverters and electrical equipments. Simple ignorance is causing crores of loss to BSNL. @narendramodi @CaptBrijesh

    @IndianTechGuide Fir @BSNLCorporate should improve their network... My pin code is 463106 and I am using BSNL wifi and sim every 3-4 days I am facing network issues with my sim as well as wifi... Pathetic service they are providing...

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I paid for a BSNL SIM via the Sanchar Aadhaar website but never received it.Someone from my local BSNL office called asking for the number I selected how am I supposed to remember that? He was also rude. I don’t want the SIM anymore, just refund my money

    I have a bsnl sim as alternate number. I live in ncr area. In the past 1 year I have hardly seen network on bsnl sim for a few hours. What is going to be the benefit of offering 400 gb at 400₹ when basic network is not available. Meanwhile jio and airtel covers every nook and corner of the country. Happy to pay the premium provided I get services.
