    @BSNL_AS @DoT_India @rsprasad why is bsnl ftth having high ping in Assam and NE? Avg ping for users in Assam is 70 to 90 ms. That's poor for fibre. Should be around 20 to 30ms. Or 50 at max. Is this another step brother treatment? Meghalaya is worse at over 100ms.

    Worst internet service i was suffered from 2years from this. Common BSNL you have to get first position in internet service but day by day your service getting worst,i am opening google and its takes apprx 15 second.Address-Tanda Ambedmar nagar,U.P-224190 waaah..@BSNLCorporate

    @shettypraj Sir /madam Beware of such fraudulent messages/calls .Bsnl never asks such details to any random no.s or any link .Don’t ever share personal details with callers from unknown /suspicious no.s . In case of any doubt call 18001801503/1503 or visit nearby csc .Thank you

    @Sagar4BJP @HathwayBrdband I use BSNL Fiber. Best customer service. They attend within 5 to 6 hrs of giving complaint and solve it very quick. BSNL FTTH plans are also very good. This is for my area.

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @CMDBSNL Try to maintain this dignity by hassel free service as possible & upgrade network connectivity, kindly. We have 6 BSNL SIMs in our family & I always encourage my surroundings to be a customer of this govt owned enterprise.

    @BSNLCorporate Broadband service is completely out of order since 24rd MAY 2021 complaint no. 1053759288. No action is taken yet. Please do the needful as BSNL is only broadband service provider at this location.
