    @mishukhowal Sorry for inconvenience caused to you. Speed improved by much extent but at night it may get speed fluctuation due to heavy traffic. Bandwidth upgradation from back end is continuously in progress for further improvement in speed. Stay with BSNL. You are our esteemed Customer.

    @BSNL_BR please help me to resolve otp problem while logging in bsnl selfcare app otp is not coming on my number 8434701976, recently I port my jio number 8434701976 to bsnl and My sim is activated but not able to login dur to otp problem.

    @BSNL_TN One of the worst. we got bsnl ftth and at that time they said they can provide only in new number. Months later we are asked to change ftth to our old number and disconnect new number. We have written and gave to bsnl for the same. They kept sending bill for both. cnt..

    The most irrelevant & irresponsible service is from BSNL @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Poor wifi network , with irresponsible executives. Need cancellation & refund asap #poorservice
