    The theme slogan of BSNK Connecting India should be changed to Disconnecting India. Inspite of several tweets about the callousness of the BSNL to respond to my complain there is no action. Nobody is there to look to customer complain.Why it exists?

    @BSNL_OR I complained about my dead phone 06742371008 since more than 10 days but there is no response. This shows how you are concerned on customer service. Will the BSNL wave out my telephone bill for this dead period of my land phone.

    @bsnl_tt Bsnl 4g IN Mancherial district chunnambattiwada Suryanagar road no 10 to 22 in this area your network only 2g showing increase the 4g towers provide high speed internet speed in this location please do consider this

    @TRSaranathan @Mittermaniac @ACTFibernet Yes ACT did a good job. When I came to Bangalore in 2017 I was running after Airtel and Bsnl for a broadband but with slow speed and their tantrums I decided to try out ACT. Turned out to be really good and more importantly reliable. Cust service is also good.
