@BSNLCorporate may I know the responsibilities of services providing vendors. In our area BSNL bharat fiber services are provided by their vendor partner. He charge 3.5k for installation, saying 2000 is refundable deposit, doesn't give any receipt. Whenever we have any complaint

@BSNL_GJ my land line no is 079-25898850 and it is dead since 20 days and when I complaint automatically its get resolved on the same day and phone is still dead What a great service by BSNL this is the reason why govt is doing privatisation........

@BSNLCorporate you guys have the worst service (internet as well as customer support). I have a broadband connection and every other day the internet goes out. I tried to contact the nearest bsnl office too but they didn't seem to give a damn.

@BSNLCorporate is it true that corporate office has instructed in selfcare portal the FTTH (Bharat Fiber) customer should not be shown plans lower than customer existing tariff. Hence the customer may be advised to visit BSNL Customer service centre for plan change?
