    @MumbaichaDon @Gachibowlidi Mumbaicha Don what do you think about govt investing about 25 billion dollars in BSNL ? Without changing the work culture i feel it may be money down the drain ? Though i completely support the idea of providing low cost high quality rural connectivity. Very strategic idea.

    @BSNL_HP my telephone no01905243130 has been out of order for last 5 months and I have been paying the amount every month for no service.I have applied for FTTH in May 2022 still the service is not provided by you.Every time there is a new excuse by the BSNL.

    Very bad condition of BSNL fibre here in Chitrakoot district of UP . No one cares here . From last 3 days there is red line in modem and responsible person is keep telling that it has been repaired. Frustrating. Please intervene. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPEast @AshwiniVaishnaw

    Hello BSNL, Please educate your employees. I had a horrible experience. I visited BSNL Exchange, Uttarpara, Hooghly,WB. I asked for a SIM change. They have a discount on my old SIM. They don't know to activate a new SIM. Division Eng aware. They are telling Central Issue
