    @BSNLCorporate It was already activated before porting to BSNL, how it got deactivated. FYI... DND activate/deactivate number is 1909. The number you provided is customer care number where they did not help me and asked me to dial 1909 for DND.

    @BSNLCorporate I am a BSNL fibre user in kolkata and I want to downgrade my fibre plan from fibre basic plus (60Mbps) to fibre basic (30Mbps) but I am unable to do so in selfcare portal as the downgrade option isn't available there. Please help!

    @BSNLCorporate my bsnl broadband / fiber connection is not working.I logged complaints multiple times and your technician fixes it temporarily and the next day it's down again. My current internet speed is 40 kbps and as per my plan it should be 30mbps. Last 2 weeks were worst.

    @BSNLCorporate Problem is your ISP give connections to customer if he wants BSNL any how. After receiving the commission they start torchering BSNL customers, their intention is to close BSNL & migrate to their personal broadband... The customer have no option & BSNL.

    Hello Sir @BSNLCorporate my BSNL phone number is 9093288242. Since 18 October 2022 internet is not working and even calling is also not working. District Darjeeling Location Near Bagdogra International Airport NH 31 Bhuttabari Near Shiva Temple.
