    @BSNLCorporate when I call to your customer care no 18001801503 or 1503 for tele verfication of my ported bsnl sim always say network is busy please activate my sim as soon as possible I ported it from bsnl up east to bsnl up west

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had purchased unlimited international pack on my bsnl ported number 9400750821 on 22 June 2021. I went to Armenia for 15 days and came to UAE today. It seems my International call to India not working. I need help asap. No flowery words. To the point.

    .. and our calls are responded with some lousy excuse. Pakyong's BSNL exchange has only 1 employee who is almost never available to respond to our calls. We also have made contact with the AGM at Gangtok's head office yet there is not change in attitude of approach to us..

    @SayantanMondal_ @geekyranjit Doesn't matter for what reason, BSNL currently is equivalent to trash. The only place that use BSNL for internet connectivity are Govt offices like govt banks, document centers, and hopefully you're aware of how fantastic service they provide.

    @TamalBandyo Effect of deliberate crippling of BSNL and Vodafone fiasco. Govt needs to ensure regulatory support for multiple private players to flourish. It should support VI so that Indian telecom doesn’t become a duopoly. BSNL needs to be strengthened. One strong telecom PSU is mandatory.

    @BSNLCorporate Nashik franchisee works with 0% accountability.The Executives of BSNL are least bothered to attend customer complaints & least helpful. I am waiting for over 96 hr(4days) for a plan change from post paid to prepaid activation. @MIB_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Help.

    @BSNLCorporate I have been constantly checking bsnl Outage map and i can clearly see the outage issues being reported from the different parts of J&K please fix this problem.
