    @CMDBSNL @IndiaToday I don't think so, I am a bsnl broadband customer and I am seriously disappointed with it, even after making complaints one after other regarding the same issue, you guys are not fixing it. Never gonna use any of your service in future nor will recommend BSNL to anyone

    @rsprasad, honble sir optical fiber connections of my gas agency phone nos 04024382964 ; 04024382906 ; 04024384517 ; 04024382886 all are not working since last 5 days, lodged a complaint but no response BSNL kindly look into it.

    @bsnl_ap_circle @heres_swati Same with me. BSNL selfcare portal didn't recognize me as a customer. Very sad.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl since 20 days you are not hearing anything. Not attending complaint. What is this? Complaint will be send to ministry of telecom and communication for deficiency in service. Jalahalli cross 28377868. Complaint will be send to minstry then only you may wake up

    The BSNL office employees laugh at me when I visited office multiple times because they know nobody will resolve this issue...now why should I pay the monthly bill? And to resolve should I visit BSNL Delhi office ? mail, call and office visit not worked
