@GMTDKARNAL I had taken bsnl fiber connection on 07-05-2022 but till date it is not working well and now even the vendor is not picking up the phone. my fiber connection is not working since yesterday. My fiber number is 01842988011. Please kindly resolve the issue.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I have called BSNL ofc hundreds of times till now. NOBODY EVEN ANSWERS THE PHONE. They say "cable has broken" - SAME issue TWICE a WEEK yet they take 2-3 DAYS to fix it. Such DISHONEST employees r looting the GOVT. & us Utterly Shameful LL - 01512946899

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate my FTTH is not working for 10 days now and complaint# 128808909122 is still unattended. If you provide this kind of pathetic service it's obvious that customer choose other ISP and BSNL will be in loss for ever. @PMOIndia how about privatization of BSNL?

@BSNLCorporate BSNL, with you for 15+ yrs, don't deduct our money in prepaid sims of your choice, its there for our emergency, we customers have a right to chose our validity extension and plans.. telecom companies can decide to block services if not recharged but not deduct without consent.
