    BSNL claims MCA service active, but not a single alert SMS received in 3 months. PG Portal complaint closed without proper verification. @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

    @JM_Scindia Sir, we are the oldest customer of your BSNL service since every year, every month, every week your service is not working which makes our work ******, your company's bill we pay on time for 30 days and we do not get service, 4-5 days wifi gets disconnected.

    @venkadais As of September 2025, WiFi calling (VoWiFi) is not widely available on BSNL. It's in testing, with plans for phased rollout after full 4G network completion by June 2025, starting in areas like Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir. Check BSNL's site for updates.

    @NalinisKitchen The day when the present 1.5 GB/day for 299 reaches 349. That's the day, I'll port to BSNL whether their Network is good or bad.

    @JM_Scindia if the service gets ****** every month then we probably shift from your network as you are forgetting your old customer. Bsnl service is pathetic in cellular as well as FTTH wifi in Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh. We are very sad.

    @BSNL_JKD removed Jio fiber for BSNL Fiber at Ranchi. BSNL expect Monthly payment timely but Service? Maximum time disturb, cut, buffering, low speed.and due to this We feel mental stress. Now ,I think to remove BSNL fiber and take other service. Billing on time but service?

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 When will my problem be solved, many times complain but not solved. The issue of false ring has not been solved yet. 4G network has come but I am unable to make calls, call gets connected only once after calling more than 30 times. VOLTE does not work. Frustrated with using BSNL.
