    @BSNL_KTK Mr devesh kumar... CGMT rajeev kumar and sharath kumar not attending at all. Is this what Bsnl call service? When there is no service? It shows Bsnl never values customers. Complaint to minstry of telecom will make you understand value of customer. Be happy with it

    @DoT_India It has been a month now and my phone still doesn't work, absolutely no response to my service tickets raised, it is promptly closed by BSNL saying issue resolved. I dont want to go to the BSNL office due to COVID. Can you please give me some contact details to call and complain?

    @DoT_India Sir the problem has not been resolved yet. Still there is no network of BSNL at Leimatak, Distt: Churachandpur, Manipur. Kindly see the matter with due attention as it has been almost 15 days.
