    @TelecomTalk - I took new bsnl prepaid mobile 9423926270 from Kalyan BSNL Telephone Bhavan 4 days ago and it was told to be activated in 2 hours and is still nil signal is indicated. Rs. 997 plan.

    @BSNLCorporate when we call someone, most of time operator says network is congested? Why only bsnl network is congested? Why not others?
