    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB Bsnl alloted my current sim number to other user without any prior information because I haven't recharged my sim from last 4-5 months. Is this a way to provide services? This is what you do to your customers. Customer Service also sucks. #BSNL #India

    @bsnl broadband (fiber)is the worst.....I am gonna unsubscribe it soon ...I have complained about the slowness to the provider but still ...it's very slow.....do I need to file a complain on a daily basis @BSNLCorporate ??

    @BSNL_CHTD No network at my 9 Sabapathi st sembiam Perambur but for each and every 81 days you are collecting Rs399 recharge.without unable to use net or chat.thus you are swallowing my money shall i can get bsnl net work coverageor not.if not iwill migrate the available net

    I have also mailed a complaint letter to @CMDBSNL Sir. BSNL FTTH is the only option for us as we live in Rural Area. This is so frustrating dont know what to do! Please Help Us.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I took bsnl ftth connection about 6 months ago, then bill was about 470/- but previous month bill was 707/-. When I called service provider they said plan changed and you have to pay that bill and from next month bill was changed to previous. Why this?

    The policies of Modi led BJP made indian telecom sector a mere 'duopoly' since 2016 n made Rjio the sole beneficiary at the expense of the customer,the exchequer n the other reputed competetors.Modi needs to correct it by strengthening BSNL,Vi& inviting new players into the foray
