    @Airtel_Presence At the time of providing connection your sale team said it will be avilable by may-June 22. If it can’t be provided I will switch to another Fiber service. Also same Jio n bsnl landline working in my area then why no airtel? Is airtel not able to expand service

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India want the system to be corrected. A customer visiting BSNL Office, official should give time to understand, diagnose and resolve the problem. Rather than just saying something and run away from reach of customer will not work. Are you improving this?

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Location :- Sultanpur urf madhopur RunniSaidpur Sitamarhi, Bihar 843328 . Here from last 4 years bsnl has useless network or no network and BSNL is working too hard for unsatisfactory results. Due to these type of operators our country suffer.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw There is an internet outage in #BSNL FTTH since last 2 months. BSNL is not even registering complaints, if they do, they close it themselves. Ask them to compensate customers. They do not deserve to stay in the market without penalty. @TRAI @BSNLCorporate
