    @bsnl_care Worst ever decision to PORT to BSNL, I've just did self KYC for doorstep delivery to port my existing number, And I havent yet received my sim at my hand, Even after visiting physically the BSNL CSC center, Just received sms,"Pick your sim from CSC".

    Sir,complaint for Wrong Bill is registered with Complaint No. CMPS24000968504.Complaint was booked on the date of bill generation i.e. 02.08.2025 but no bill correction in 10 days. Today is the last date of the bill which is approx ₹1 lakh higher for BSNL @uhbvnpkl @mduhbvn

    @bsnl_care recharged the bsnl account but neither the data nor the telecom services are active. It's been more than a week and the complaints raised in the app self care get closed without any confirmation. Calling support helpline is also not working. Can anyone help?

    @arivomkadaioffi @sundarsinghece @hil Bro, this not looks like optical network unit, most likely a ACT fibernet modem (Internet connection is RJ 45 pin). BSNL using fiber ONU (Syrotech modems, I'm looking similar in other brands)

    @BSNLCorporate I've been attempting to port my number from BSNL for the past two days. Despite making the full payment, the UPC code is not being generated, citing an outstanding amount against the bill. I'm facing difficulties in resolving this issue.
