    @VodafoneIN I port my number frm bsnl to vodafone and it had been ported nd after this your dealer said that sim registration failed and u hav to go voda store which is 40km far from here & ther is restriction & #vodafoneIN not giving rply, @telecomministry help to solve issue..

    Save Sumerpur BSNL I applied for brandband before 2-3 days I have submitted duly form & cash to branch now they are not giving me demand receipt / slip now they said JTO sir not in office last 2-3 day they take my money & not working @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad

However, soon thereafter, the govt directed BSNL to cancel this tender, based on a flimsy complaint raised by an inconsequential organization called TEPC. 1/n

    I had same issue multiple times last year. It took them 1 month to even contact me. (Complaint no. 122177589952). Noone at bsnl kellys branch answers the phone also. Why is this branch not bothered abt customer service?

    @BSNLCorporate I have never experienced such poor quality services from any other internet provider, I have called the service provider multiple times and they still haven't responded yet. I thought BSNL actually improved a lot but I think I was wrong. I'm so unsatisfied.

    @BSNLCorporate Several complaints raised for BSNL Broadband noise issue in Phone Line but Ulhasnagar Team is not fixing it at all,and without resolving it they are closing the complaint. Let me know how to do WFH due to this disturbance ADSL is also not stable,see DM for contact number.

    @Banker4Nation Baah... BSNL never worked for profit and we know how long it used to get a landline in 80s and 90s and how often and how long it used to go dead.And it was unthinkable for poor ppl to even dream of having a phone then .And less said abt PSU bankers,the better.

    @BSNL_CHTD @BSNL_TN my bsnl broadband has been dead since the last three days and i have registered a complaint 3 days back (complaint no. 125226194862 ). Noone has contacted or even attempted rectifyinf the issue. Pls help

    @cgm_mh_bsnl congratulations bsnl is fastest service provider to resolve complaints within 24 hrs on papers but unfortunately on ground nothing happens . Riased 2 complaints and they were resolved without any action or confirmation..good work
