    @lattubaskar Well then why dont govt state it honestly and frankly? Is this the way to manage surplus, by handing it over to corporates? Seems like govt is running from its responsibilities, same like they let BSNL fail in order to get Jio to prosper.

    @BSNL_PB ridiculous services given by your Barnala telephone exchange. My landline number is dead every month for 15 days. Complaint given end numbers of times. But nothing has been cropped out. No load in BSNL less landline numbers after this your given ridiculous services

    Lost all my trust and interest towards BSNL. It’s been a week. I don’t have the internet. Of course, I have to pay the fees monthly. Please someone should step in and help the customers in Pondicherry. Please provide the service they pay for rather tossing them here and there.

    My bsnl fibre 0251-2952920 was not working from 18-06-2021 to 06-07-2021. I ask for rebate but your department refused to give rebate kindly do the needful @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

    I asked him to support me. He said please go for TIC fiber otherwise, you need to walk in to the BSNL office. I bought the new router and I contacted BSNL office to help me in setting up. In NOC, they ask me to contact the LCO. I’m shuttling between this two team.

    @SaraswatiHebbar @BSNLCorporate Yes #BSNL services are not good in my area. Waiting for FTTH service since last year and still didn't get it. #BSNL Team only says "all efforts are being made" but its clearly shown as "No Efforts" from last 1 year.Nobody is helping here to make the service feasible @cgm_mh_bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK 14 complaints raised on speed issue for BSNL FIBRE l, promised 200mbps it's only 70mbps and now internet is not working... DM me for more details... I have recording of helpless customer care too.

    @BSNL_KL I have been trying to contact the customer service in 9447087621 no for a week now.. I have tried calling and whatsapp, no response. I'm unable to send sms from my roaming activated BSNL sim from UAE.

    In my village khandwa patta churu district churu pin 331001, the bsnl network lasts as long as the electricity is there, the network also goes off when the power goes out, this problem is happening for the last 2 years. Please solve at the earliest. @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate
