    @BSNL_PB ridiculous services given by your Barnala telephone exchange. My landline number is dead every month for 15 days. Complaint given end numbers of times. But nothing has been cropped out. No load in BSNL less landline numbers after this your given ridiculous services

    @lattubaskar Well then why dont govt state it honestly and frankly? Is this the way to manage surplus, by handing it over to corporates? Seems like govt is running from its responsibilities, same like they let BSNL fail in order to get Jio to prosper.

    Complaints are even being closed without my confirmation while the service remains non-functional. I've also tried contacting the local service provider (+91 94244 93777) multiple times, but my calls have gone unanswered. This level of service is unacceptable. #BSNL #Broadband

    BSNL network is showing "No Signal" continuously since this morning. This issue has been recurring since February 2026, and despite multiple complaints, no permanent resolution has been provided. Kindly resolve the issue permanently. @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL #BSNL

    @bsnl_care I tried bsnl customer care after selecting 15 option selected customer care thn a person answered with a back ground bep thn no response after 2 mins hung up.kya yehi ghante ki service de rahe hou I have a valid plan need to port n ur not allwing the sms go through

Kindly note that for BSNL MNP (Mobile Number Portability), physical KYC verification at the nearest BSNL CSC is mandatory as per telecom regulations, and doorstep SIM delivery is not applicable in MNP cases.     @JioCare I request all jio customers which are suffering from poor network and poor internet kindly sift to bsnl which now give good network and internet with low price.Mind jio never solve your problem. I have complaint regarding this issue from last 3 yrs till now no solution.

    @bsnl_care I have no extra money (corruption) for bsnl sim card sales executive asked 200 rupees for sim replacement i left out waste garbage staffs inside getting salary no response in CSR OFFICE SLEEPING INSIDE AND TIME PASSES IN MOBILES
