    @BSNL_PB ridiculous services given by your Barnala telephone exchange. My landline number is dead every month for 15 days. Complaint given end numbers of times. But nothing has been cropped out. No load in BSNL less landline numbers after this your given ridiculous services

    @lattubaskar Well then why dont govt state it honestly and frankly? Is this the way to manage surplus, by handing it over to corporates? Seems like govt is running from its responsibilities, same like they let BSNL fail in order to get Jio to prosper.

    @pavanaja Believe me, I've used their email solution (XgenPlus) and that is the worst, no doubt they use Google mail! There are a lot of BSNL offices/personnel are using the same in official capacity, not that they bother replying or acknowledging to any mails!

    @BSNLCorporate I talked to Nodal Officer.They said they will talk to the provider who does the installation work and called him.On17th may I got a mail regarding service starts with phone no. but still, The BB Fibre hasn't been installed at my home.Such a bad Service by BSNL.

    There is no proper network in gudalur( #BSNL ) for past few days. Marthoma nagar area. During this pandemic it's very sad BSNL is not taking any action on this. Where to lodge complaint ? @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate

    @pib_comm BSNL Telephone number - 06451-228228 is totally out of order from last 6 months. I had complaint many times but no action taken. But i am paying the bill of every month. Very very bad service. The BSNL is totally out of order in Katihar (Bihar) Kindly look into it.

    I had lodged first complaint with BSNL on 2nd march with BSNL with no reply till 15th Apr, then I put complaint in grievance cell, but not resolved till today. Yesterday got call from BSNL employee that your services will not be started till bill is paid for Mar-Apr 2021.

    @swatikaushal12 Respected Madam , Sorry for the inconvenience caused, kindly wait as there is general technical issue in generating UPC .contact over phone any nearby BSNL customer service center for latest update regarding UPC .or even call 1503 .Thank you

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL is worst organisation. Worst work culture. Despite of calling 20-30 tiems to different officials, yet my connection is down. After 9 days first time technican came to saw physically but unable to slove the issue.
