@lattubaskar Well then why dont govt state it honestly and frankly? Is this the way to manage surplus, by handing it over to corporates? Seems like govt is running from its responsibilities, same like they let BSNL fail in order to get Jio to prosper.

@BSNL_KOTD ~ If the customers service informs oftenly of Application Problem and asks to call at 12AM of the issues - (i) network interrupts and speeds very low , (ii) USSD *123*5# for a week discontinues , (iii) the CSE reporting inadequate ! Does BSNL want customers to quit ?

@BSNLCorporate what the hell is wrong with bsnl customer service. I tried to contact atleast 10 times and not a single time it was connected. If you don't want to help then tell directly customer that you can't have guts to talk to customer about their issue.

@chow_chow_bath @amaanbali Corporates are their if govt will let them in. If govt is capable of handling everything then we dont need corporates and govt will earn the business. If govt can support bsnl same way they supported jio. Who could have benefited. But thats not the issue we are discussing
