@lattubaskar Well then why dont govt state it honestly and frankly? Is this the way to manage surplus, by handing it over to corporates? Seems like govt is running from its responsibilities, same like they let BSNL fail in order to get Jio to prosper.

@BSNL_PB ridiculous services given by your Barnala telephone exchange. My landline number is dead every month for 15 days. Complaint given end numbers of times. But nothing has been cropped out. No load in BSNL less landline numbers after this your given ridiculous services

@BSNLCorporate Has BSNL initiated any action to resolve the complaint? I'm without any internet services since 7th December. It's been uphill battle to get this issue resolved. Paying customers shouldn't have to suffer this much to get issues resolved.

I am having bsnl sim and when sending sms to bank it's showing network services error even I have sufficient balance. When I called @BSNL_UKD customer care they are saying to send sms for banking stuff I have to recharge with 147. It's strange

@BSNL_AS BSNL mobile subscribers have been left high and dry without network in this district HQ Diphu for more than an hour. Am sending in feedback again and again without redressal of the issue.

@BSNLCorporate After one year no any improvement is done by BSNL. In how many days/months/year you takes to improve. Provide the estimate time.Because a huge no. People port in another network due to this issue.

@BSNLCorporate There is network problem at my residence in Akash Nagar Kurukshetra while BSNL BTS( Salarpur BTS) is marely 300 meters from my Home. Earlier no issue was there but from last 4-5 month it is troubling. Please resolve

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle BSNL toll free number not working 18001801503 while calling from BSNL and non bsnl number it’s saying language selection when we press 1 for Telugu or other number for language it’s not considering it’s repeating same prompt 3 times & disconnecting

@BSNL_AS No BSNL coverage at Diphu as of this moment - network is completely dead as of last 30 minutes at least. It is extremely frustrating at the beginning of the working day. Please resolve this soonest.
