    @hd_brts Had an opportunity to travel from HBL to DWD. Boarding at BSNL office is stopped. Compelled to board from Mishra Peda. Chigari platform is about 1.5 feet high. My wife, a sr citizen could not climb the bus. Why this problem? Why boarding @ BSNL office stopped?

    @sarkar_swati yes mam, but the people working there feel like they are kings. When I was using BSNL, they used to have poor quality signal and any service like if your internet is down, you had to pray that they come to attend to you. 😐
