    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI please took this as priority as a bsnl telecom customer we are not able to do recharge since 3 days .I have sent my all the details to bsnl team via DM.Still i did not got any solution.Very bad customer support.Dissapointed with the service.

    @BSNLCorporate In August my broadband connection was down for 20 days. This month it is out of order from day 1. Yet BSNL religiously sends bills without taking into account days when no service was provided. This happens only in BSNL.

    BSNL has its own generator. Mobile network, fiber internet, landline services are closed in Patan Gujarat from this morning. This is a very bad situation for BSNL just because of the light cut. BSNL means (Bogus Sanchar Nigam Limited)

    @BSNLCorporate @cmohry Internet is again down .. Not at all consistent service in Haryana .. Not sure what is happening with BSNL.. Really big question on senior leadership team of BSNL for such pathetic service to consumers after paying hefty internet bills ..

    @BSNL_NE2 Bsnl service abysmal, be its customer service, its mobile Apps, it’s website or SMS & ussd related service. All half cooked service. Cannot even know your postpaid data balance. After more than 15 yrs of use, planning to port to either Jio or Airtel.
