    @BSNLCorporate Again my FTTH 07324-298513 is completely down and the complain has already been lodged at Bsnl Mhow office. Not sure why it is not yet resolved. Please get the issue resolved ASAP and properly fix it please as facing such issues frequently now a days.

    @BSNLCorporate Pune , Pashan (NIV exchange) code 020-2587-0000 is down due to broken cable since 9-Jan-21 LL and BB is not working for last 10 days. Booking complaints on BSNL websites and customer care is useless. Nobody is solving the problem.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR Digital India dream of our PM will not be possible until BSNL Faridabad is shut down. Hopeless service and pathetic complaint management. Broadband out of order for so many hours. We are not able to join office network. RIP BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir/Ma'am, I have tried to pay the bill from Bsnl app for post paid phone number 8277695613, money got deducted from my account but I didn't get any confirmation from BSNL. Due date of payment is 21 Jan 2021. I've tried calling customer care but there is no help.

    @BSNLCorporate kindly make available the Receipt of all the bills in my account in the bsnl portal. Customer care is not working. old bill of 944424....77 is displayed in place of new one. bill of 9432221676 was 3000 rs.....u r showing only 1082.

    The biggest misconception in India is that govt institutions are failing because of privatisation. Like, Jio, Airtel etc came and BSNL got destroyed. This is so stupid. It failed coz of its employees. In most govt institutions, employees don’t really care about their department
