    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I am ashamed to message you again regarding the FTTH service provided by BSNL at Wellington, Coonoor, Tamilnadu. There was a disruption on 07th Mar around 1100h till now the services are yet to established trouble free. Request your attention Please Sir.

    Airtel network is worst in my colony, we get only one signal bar. inspite of repeated complaints since years no response from Airtel & replies network is good or upgrading in your area but never do any improvement. Hence I am porting to other network. Bsnl is better here.

    @BSNL_CHTD i changed my plan to fibervalueott but i did not get voot subscription when i checked bsnl they ask me to check with yupptv & yupptv says they stopped voot for bsnl even if i raise complain bsnl closes without resolving issue there is no option to downgrade plan too

    @nixxin @TRAI Ask them to lower the basic plan for feature phones at least. Charging rs 150 just to keep the sim active or to receive incoming calls is just criminal. Elderly & poor from the villages cannot afford it and BSNL doesn't have good connectivity. Airtel and Jio need to lower price
