    @BSNLCorporate sir i have got an FTTH connection in feb 2020 I am trying to register it on bsnl selfcare portal for online bill payment but error showing that “no such customer registered with us” my service id is 07462-294396 Mobile-9982988880

    Why @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl not providing better services it's one of the main reasons lost customers regularly, even cust care people also don't know how to solve issues n bsnl app waste of time to complain..

    @marinebharat I don't think so India will be great anytime soon. We have the worst bureaucracy which will never let it happen. See the pace of Bharatmala there's a 5 years delay. Our whole system is anti progressive. Just think of it we are carrying BSNL by giving 1 lakh cr package.

    @DoT_India In Balrampur again from 25/10/2022, the BSNL network is completely destroyed.Similarly the network keeps on disappearing.which all of us Balrampur residents  to face a lot of difficulty.Sir, it is requested to kindly provide a permanent solution to this .
