@BSNLCorporate @GoI_MeitY Also In my town there is no service of BHARAT FIBER so it is beneficial if Bsnl start Bharat Fiber service ,this is my kind request that every one from Himayatnagar taluka facing same issue so if this issue resolved It will beneficial for every one .

@BSNL_OR Placed an activation request for fresh prepaid mobile number at 10:26am today and after four hours status says it's in progress at billing.Asked for help repeatedly from concerned officials of BSNL Dhenkanal.But they didn't respond...as usual.Helpless channel.

@BSNL_HR sir/mam i need an fibre connection but when i visit bsnl office they sais we don't have wires laid in your area i asked them to lay fibres and give me connection but they refuse saying for only 1 connection we will not do it.please help me

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN your customer care executive is saying to receive the message, I need to do top-up where as I already recharged with 108 plan. What kind of customer service you are running? They are not even bothering to check the details. @TRAI this is the state of BSNL.

After Using BSNL Fibre now i came to know why people are preferring BSNL Fiber. I would never recommend you to go with that. Wrost service and you will never get any solution regarding your problem. @BSNLCorporate disappointed 😔

What is customer service learn from @BSNL_KTK no single person to attend customer at jayanagar 4th block telephone exchange wanted to port my number but no soul to attend @AshwiniVaishnaw and then government wonders why people don't buy bsnl sim.

@BSNL_KTK The worst network I have ever seen. I am unable to work from home using BSNL broadband.everyday network ll be under maintainance or very slow(3mbps).... How can we access or use your internet? Landline number 08339-200506
