    1/2 I got the point. I purchased my service from a private vendor in Saran, and this person never responded to my problems; whenever I asked for a solution, he suggested I should shift my connection from BSNL to Railtel and many other fibre networks ?They are doing this purposely

    @DoT_India I am using @BSNLCorporate frm last 4-5 years and in this long span Bsnl network coverage still same as it's used to be.I registered many compliments but no proper response or solution.I have pack in which daily 2 GB data given but due to network problem Can't use it.

    On 14th Nov gave up the BB connection.This was after 2 years of pathetic service & mths of frustrating follow-ups. Today,BSNL vendor came for FTTH connection(God bless him)Why can't BSNL charge for modem in the bill? New Modem Rs 3 K + prev modem 2.5K= Rs 5500(Free @ Airtel/Jio)

    @BSNLCorporate I visited office of bsnl nearby DRM office bsl. But they told, that we cannot do anything to help you in this case of recover your old deposit .A week ago.

    @BSNLCorporate 1,Frequently from last 3-4 yers BSNL mobile internet gets fluctuated , 2& also voice calls is not available while travelling in train Reapeted complaints to customer care is of no use As many of my friends have switched to jio & Airtel I too will shortly switch to jio ,
