@ChandrusWeb That is why Government has no business to be in business! It can survive in monopoly only but once doors are open, internal thieves will run away with loot. So better to close down at right time (some decades back for BSNL) than when nothing left.

@idea_cares @DoT_India @TRAI After 6 months of false promises of solving network issue, Idea came clean and said on my call that the network problem faced will take some time to get resolved. But refused to indicate any time frame! Jio has already said so! BSNL doesn't hv 4G. This is in Pune

@BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia @narendramodi @rsprasad Register office at Hinjewadi Pune is not working due to BSNL Network issue. Its waste of time here. BSNL should rectify this as this is very important office. BSNL should be made private organisations. Worst service by BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate I suggest this time, when other mobile service qualities have worsened, BSNL should grab opportunity to get the new customers via mnp. That is possible only if you provide mnp application through website/App, with online kyc verif'n, ship the SIM to the customer.

@Idea My Phone is Barred since 18th Jan 2020! I ported this number from @BSNL to @Idea ! The Due amount was paid on 21st Jan 2020 and provided all the necessary documents. Still my outgoing and incoming as well is barred. Pathetic and Shameful Service.
