    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From today morning, we are facing Internet issue in Dehu road. We have called multiple time to Dehu Bsnl office but they just casually answered it. Really Patthetic @airtelindia we are egarly waiting foe your service.

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate We are Koregaon Park Pune Suyojana Society have raised a complaint for restoration of BSNL landline but authority say we do not have money to repair and upgrade to FTTH for Rs 5 k is this how you treat all senior citizen who are your old customers?

    @BSNLCorporate its my happiest and fruitful day, my constant nearly a months contacting BSNL with my Data connectivity problem that a gentleman called and promised to set right the issue. This itself is a satisfying one, BSNL works

    @BSNLCorporate I had talk with them. They help me for discussion. But actually BSNL gives Opticle Fibre Cable to Vendors so those vendors are charging Rs.5000 for ONT ya something router they have . I think charge should be minimum . It's too high at Initial level

    @rsprasad We stay Rohan Abhilasha,lohagaon wagholi road, wagholi, pune, MH.About more than 1k residents are facing BSNl WIFI connection issue.We have Complained numerous times but there is no response from customer service. BSNL exchange,Yerawda, Pune,is responsible.Pls help.

    @ViCustomerCare I have port from BSNL to VI but don't know why taken so much time to activation. I am abke to see VI network but calls are not getting connected. I have visiting VI store they also not given the exact activation ETA The UPC for your mobile BZ554322

    All is true except good quality , customer approach and satisfaction , prompt fault clearance. That is why BSNL retired officials do not want to get this connection instead disconnecting and opting out for other operators. I my self did with my number 01812715252

    @BSNL_OR after a very good speed progress in bsnl net suddenly why speed reduction is there ?? Where ever trying it is showing network slow.. not abe to open any app. Any thing behind it ?? Banking app not working. When contacted to bank branches , simple reply is change bsnl sim

    Complaints are even being closed without my confirmation while the service remains non-functional. I've also tried contacting the local service provider (+91 94244 93777) multiple times, but my calls have gone unanswered. This level of service is unacceptable. #BSNL #Broadband

    @SayantikaSays Try @BSNLCorporate . And I am not joking. It is best if it's available in your area. No BS service. I never heard these lines from BSNL, which I kept hearing from other providers like Jio and Airtel. "We won't give you the router password" "You can't use your own router, even if ours is ******. What do you mean you have a better router and modem? Hou must pay us a subscription for this mesh thing instead" "No, you can't use Google or CloudFlare's DNS, you must use ours. What if it's slow? If you change, how will we snoop on you and inject our advertisements into your browser?" "No, you can't open a port for you. For that, you must buy a static IP from us. Why is a static IP needed to open a port? Who knows. But we won't allow it unless you pay us extra" In the last 3 years, I have only had 2 outages on BSNL, 30-40 minutes max. While on Airtel, I had caught their staff removing my cable from their box and adding a new one for a new connection, and then making me wait till they finally got a new box after a week. They just didn't want to make a new customer wait, so they simply assigned my slot to them. And their customer care and local staff wasn't even ready to accept it, unless I showed the CCTV footage and a video of my cable literally being thrown on the side of their box, not even connected, while they were claiming that there's some backend issue.

    @yabhishekhd Even the 5G has got nerfed. In my village, these is not FTTH. I got Jio Air Fiber and it really sucks. Me and my whole family about 5 people will have SIM converted to Airtel and BSNL.

    Request to BSNL please increase the number of towers. The network condition is the same today as it was 13 years ago, only 4G has come in 2G areas. If you can't install new towers, then do tower sharing. The last thing is to increase the number of towers. @BSNLCorporate
