After Jio coming only 2 are left which would merge sooner if they need to stay afloat & close down by 2021. BSNL would be privatised & taken over by RIL. There would be No Competition. @BSNLCorporate I did not need topup plan, but just by checking ut was activated. I have talked to BSNL employee Etah he has assured once the bill is generated, top up amount will be removed if applied. Hence please close this issue, as bsnl has promised to handle it after billed.
