@idea_cares @DoT_India @TRAI After 6 months of false promises of solving network issue, Idea came clean and said on my call that the network problem faced will take some time to get resolved. But refused to indicate any time frame! Jio has already said so! BSNL doesn't hv 4G. This is in Pune

@BSNLCorporate I suggest this time, when other mobile service qualities have worsened, BSNL should grab opportunity to get the new customers via mnp. That is possible only if you provide mnp application through website/App, with online kyc verif'n, ship the SIM to the customer.

@BSNL_MH I am from Pune, my landline no. is 02026811150, my landline is dead & so is Broadband, the frequency of disruption is so regular that seriously thinking to exit BSNL, being a loyal customer feel very bad for BSNL.

@ChandrusWeb That is why Government has no business to be in business! It can survive in monopoly only but once doors are open, internal thieves will run away with loot. So better to close down at right time (some decades back for BSNL) than when nothing left.

@BSNLCorporate But on 10th June I was told by bsnl customer care that your validity has expired and you have to get the validity of 107 while my stv was over and I was lied about my plan and on 16th June I was told by customer care that your stv was over now my 107 plan went in vain
