After Jio coming only 2 are left which would merge sooner if they need to stay afloat & close down by 2021. BSNL would be privatised & taken over by RIL. There would be No Competition. This is #NewIndia of Namo.

@OfficeOfRSP @rsprasad Good Decision. Hope BSNL responds positively. BSNL needs to focus on providing Fibre-to-Home FTTH Broadband Internet at all places and provide good customer service. This will make BSNL competitive.

@BSNLCorporate Spoke to BSNL care about 4G SIM upgrade for a senior citizen who can’t visit the BSNL office. Was told an authorised person with KYC can collect it. But BSNL Guwahati refused, saying they don’t follow customer care info. How will senior citizens upgrade then?
