@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ To my surprise i have a 10 years old connection ..a wire was bitten had to change it ...was charged 30Rs a meter Rs 900 and also i have to put the wiring ...BSNL will not do it ...Really Poor Scrap and very Bad behavior ...

BSNL Fiber is down. Complaint line is also not working. Upon calling CC, got to know System Upgrade is going on. It is down for all. That's why BSNL can never be a good service provider. The smallest system upgrade usually takes place in the night, that too with prior info. 1/N

The toll free number not working. For landline complaints we have to call a dozen times before call is answered. Local BSNL office is closed. @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia I guess fool proofing our present systems will push more progress then novel innovative projects.

@BSNLCorporate I m using bsnl from past 6 months, when i port to bsnl bsnl executive told me 4g available in hyderabad but still didn't get the 4g, its on 3g and 3g is not working properly in whole hyderabad I complained to bsnl office but they told my contact to customer care.
