    BSNL broadband is let down. Chose it over other options just to struggle for installation for 7 days and then once that was done the network itself is down most of the time and there is no outage notification either !!

    @BSNLCorporate I thought BSNL will provide the info proactively like other operators does to stay in competition. Don't think with these kind response, the service quality will be long lasting. BSNL will need to put In huge efforts to regain their brand name.

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate There is no 4G sir in my villages as there is BSNL tower also but 4G is not available even 3G is also not vailable properly, please do something asap or tell me what i can i do to get 4G network.

    @BSNLCorporate @jagograhakjago @BSNL_UPW I am tweeting this because of inconvenience in service center call facility of BSNL. Network speed,bsnl service are very useless, call is never picked up in service center. I always face transaction and recharges problems

    @sssingh21 @MTNLOfficial Around 2010-11 went to register a complaint in BSNL office, the behaviour of staff was so pathetic. Nobody was sitted on their chairs. All were sitting outside in a bench enjoying sunlight during winter. Nobody bother just said come next time. Good to see their shops are closing
