    BSNL broadband is let down. Chose it over other options just to struggle for installation for 7 days and then once that was done the network itself is down most of the time and there is no outage notification either !!

    @bsnlcare I tried logging a complaint and contracting local BSNL staff. They said the SSID and password can be set only by them. This is neither appropriate not acceptable. My information security is not in place. Please help resolve this issue.

    @manas_muduli It's not about the fare it's about service, if state owned hotel can improve their service, then they can generate business...it's like private mobile operators and BSNL...

    @Sidharthrahul2 @TelecomTalk This refers to BSNL's upcoming VoWi-Fi (Voice over Wi-Fi) service in India. It lets users make/receive calls using Wi-Fi when cellular signal is weak or absent, as long as you have a BSNL SIM. They're also planning student and women-focused plans. It's a step to improve connectivity.

    But BSNL…. The employees there didn’t even know basic tech stuff. We literally had to help them do their own process. One guy didn’t even know how to do a simple GPay payment. A 10-minute work became a full one-hour adventure,

    Except improving network BSNL is doing all useless work to improve profit reducing recharge validity removed 1gb plans now increased sim replacement charges to Rs 100 it is like stealing customer money 💰 without food service pls change your attitude 🙄 @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care
