    BSNL broadband is let down. Chose it over other options just to struggle for installation for 7 days and then once that was done the network itself is down most of the time and there is no outage notification either !!

    I visited BSNL office Bagdogra Dist. Darjeeling for BSNL circle change from Punjab to West Bengal. Staff told there is no provision to change the circle and advised to PORT OUT in a private service provider then wait for 03 months then again PORT IN in BSNL... Request resolution.

    @CMDBSNL not sure if I get help. But if BSNL wants to be best then it has to give best. I am doing my best to support . My FTTH was out of order for a week and raised the complaint .its a week now and no response at all. They said it's escalated but didn't got any call.

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL bsnl air fiber 0186-2960589 not working for the past 15 days. Complaint lodged in 198 , but no resolution so far. Ur intervention reqd on priority. It's a routine matter that out of 30 days it works only for 10-15 days. Plz see

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @BSNLCorporate Aru valley,Anantnag not a single bar of signal.Despite being a hub of tourism,none of you are interested in installing a tower here.Bsnl has a tower bt wrks on mercy of electricity,which is absolutely pathetic here.Can't believe it's 2022.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI Internet & network is its worst level. Mail, social media platforms and call are stuck It's 3rd time in a month Bsnl is 3rd class company, don't believe on it.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL fibre service is pathetic. I got a 100 Mbps plan but i don't get proper service. The persons neither picking call . BSNL name is enough for bad service.that's how they go

    @BSNLCorporate only celebrating vigilance awareness week on taxpayers money is not going to work.Rather BSNL should strengthen its grievance mechanism. My issue pending for more than 6 months.
