    BSNL broadband is let down. Chose it over other options just to struggle for installation for 7 days and then once that was done the network itself is down most of the time and there is no outage notification either !!

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Value is, you get refund after a year with lot of follow ups. Benefits are you are not given rebate if network is down for more than 5 days. This is bsnl broadband where I have experienced in the last decade.

    @swadesh93 Jio network is trash don't work left jio since 2021 recently bought to check 5G and i was right to left it never been proud of bsnl 5 years lots of saving and good network

    Your tower keeps shifting between 2G, 3G, and 4G 24/7. It hardly catches a stable signal. Fix your service and network first, then expect the public to recharge. Offers alone won't work; we need to see actual service improvement on the ground! #BSNL #BSNLIndia
