BSNL broadband is let down. Chose it over other options just to struggle for installation for 7 days and then once that was done the network itself is down most of the time and there is no outage notification either !!

@BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate Hello Team, LL+BB connection request submitted on 25 Jan, it was installed on 20th Feb .It never worked. I am getting billed every month but the usage is zero. Visited bsnl exchange multiple times and even raised 10-20 incidents in 3 months. details in DM.

@BSNLCorporate 1/2 I have a 100 mbps bsnl fibre internet plan and comes out to 1500 rs per month. I recieve only 6 mpbs speed unless i call someone at the bsnl office and have them fix it on a daily basis, I am doing this constantly since Dec.

@BSNL_KTK very poor service for BSNL broadband connection. Been calling for last 2 days but still not resolved. This is really disappointing dealing with BSNL Bangalore.
