    BSNL broadband is let down. Chose it over other options just to struggle for installation for 7 days and then once that was done the network itself is down most of the time and there is no outage notification either !!

    @BSNLCorporate my landline has been dead for over 2 weeks now as have other subscribers' lines. I was told via DM that it was a cable fault and would be fixed ASAP. And now BSNL Pune has billed me for a non existence service. Do you think we subscribers ought to pay?? Thanks.

    @BSNLCorporate I had a very good experience with BSNL FTTH. Speed is good only Issue I'm having is I'm getting ping around 30-40ms which is comparatively high for a FTTH connection. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

    @airnews_pb @bsnlandamannic I am having 1899 plan 850 GB in 120mbps but the reality is too slow browsing speed and ping is to higher unnecessary waste of money as well as BSNL WORST SERVICE

    when I call vendor , he always says that there is no Red light showing in router then media is closed from centre. So contact BSNL as he can’t do anything in this matter And customer service centre don’t answer any call.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @CMDBSNL BSNL fiber internet is down since last 2 hrs and no one to listen or bother about. It's hampering WFH and giving chance to private players to capture #BSNL customers. Kindly look into this as it's happening after every few days.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir the BAGHMUNDI BSNL mobile 3g data out of services I am complaint in this regarding but the problem not solved the District is PURULIA in West Bengal.
