BSNL broadband is let down. Chose it over other options just to struggle for installation for 7 days and then once that was done the network itself is down most of the time and there is no outage notification either !!

@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence 3 So my money is wasted, Because obviously you don't care slightest to even care about your customers to even give them a direct way to connect with you. If this is your companies customer support reach ability then it's worst then BSNL and MTNL Combine and that says a lot

@BSNLMeghalaya @BSNLMeghalaya They are not bothered if the customer is facing issue,. 1. To recharge we always have to visit the bsnl office. They said i cannot recharge by myself.

Dear @BSNLCorporate Team, This is to inform you that there is no service(Calling or Internet) in my locality from BSNL. Even we are struggling to get OTP for any banks transactions. There is some exceptional case when we are able to see network if we go to atleast 2nd floor 1/2

They ask me to pay 15k rupees and he said that they will give 1 antenna for AirFiber and connection & Rest all item like router, wire will be mine. What should i do next ? You can help me if you want Please understand 🙏

@ViCustomerCare I am having 3 connections of VI and struggling for net work in all 3.I had mad multiple complaint but result is 0.I port my no. From BSNL for better network, but sorry to say that BSNL network is much better than VI.Only ad bana ne se network sahi nahi ho jata hai
