    BSNL broadband is let down. Chose it over other options just to struggle for installation for 7 days and then once that was done the network itself is down most of the time and there is no outage notification either !!

    @BSNLCorporate I like bsnl but that doesn't mean you're perfect in every way. There are lot of things needs to improve like Customer service which is utterly poor, charging more (Min ₹5)form poor people for recharge and next BSNL App which is of no use list goes on and on.

    Reliance Jio internet speed in Shimla has become very poor. Even BSNL is performing better than Jio. Whichever network, it's feeling like 2G. So called 4G data revolution is useless. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @subburajjaya @republic Why Airindia or bsnl or other public sector bank were under loss?. Why the govt staff not working to make these company profitable. Govt can't Infuse money every time. You bleed the company n wants govt to run it. Great logic..

    @PMOIndia I am dissatisfied with the service of BSNL. I want to port the SIM card, but the porting message is not going through. The company is forcing us to persist in this heinous service.

    I am from kumbakonam tamilnadu my landline number is 0435-2424157. I complaint to bsnl office which is located in our area. There is no response Mr. rajesh who is supervisor bsnl staff is neglecting my complaint. He did not attend my complaint @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw
