    BSNL broadband is let down. Chose it over other options just to struggle for installation for 7 days and then once that was done the network itself is down most of the time and there is no outage notification either !!

    3. There are no cellular network except @BSNL_KL and scanty @airtelindia where even sending whatsapp msgs was task. To add to that there is no option of buying BSNL SIM at any of the island or at Kochin airport .

    @BSNLCorporate This is really frustrating. Don't u feel. Bsnl is messaging 5 days before. No one has called or turnned up to clear the issue. Last whole month I am complaining, but to my suurprising no response. Officers in karve road exchange don't even respond. GM pune is sitting in AC

    @BSNLCorporate The problem is now resolved and my router has now been replaced. The vendor worked for about 4 hours. BSNL needs appreciation for solving this problem. I am proud to use my country's network. I am using BSNL since 2012, it has been a very long journey with you .

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL fiber is not working since today morning. It is showing No internet. Almost 14 hours passes but internet connectivity is not restored yet..

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir I am from dhema, jaunpur,up requested many times to bsnl provide fiber broadband but they denied though bsnl fiber cable passes in front of my house. I require high speed internet for work from home purpose. Sir please help.

    @sanjayp_1 Putting the onus of cyber safety on the user alone ("your job") is basically giving the service providers a totally free pass. Do you know that BSNL has been injecting ads (and occasionally links to malware sites) on all non connections on their networks for years?

    Government BSNL ਨੂੰ 4G nhi kr rhi ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ BSNL ਦਾ ਨੈਟਵਰਕ ਬਹੁਤ SLOW ਹੈ private company given High speed network. Ajj kal internet to Bina kujj nhi hai. Company given expensive recharge every year changing the recharge. Normal person can't afford expensive recharge.#savebsnl
