    BSNL broadband is let down. Chose it over other options just to struggle for installation for 7 days and then once that was done the network itself is down most of the time and there is no outage notification either !!

    @Finstor85 Sir u r right itz very expensive for FY23 numbers but tcs-bsnl deal is very huge and it has to be executed within 18months...considering this imo tejas won't be expensive 1yr down the line. Disc: invested.

    I had called many times to bsnl customer service but they didn't reply the right solution and cut call before the confirmation @BSNL_UPW

    Poor numbers by #tejasnetworks despite the change in strategic sourcing of the components. Understanding was that component shortage is slowly getting better but nos don't show that. Very expensive even after TCS/BSNL deal.

    @CGMHRBSNL Respected Sir, I booked my Fiber conn. from Bhiwani exchange 20 day's ago, but the private vendor Sandeep Kumar didn't provide me conn., All the BSNL officer's of Bhiwani (above SDO level) tried to contact him, but every time he denied. Please help me Nasib Singh BBMB

    @BSNLCorporate for the complaint number BSNL-CH-2023-CU-01311675175789 its closed without any communication with the person who lodged the issue and they closed it ... Is this BSNL customer grievance policy...
