    BSNL broadband is let down. Chose it over other options just to struggle for installation for 7 days and then once that was done the network itself is down most of the time and there is no outage notification either !!

    @diveshkumar786 1) BSNL sim should be 5G Ready as tower conversion to 4G is ongoing 2) You will still receive MTNL signal as In-Dolphin (3G) or 40439 (4G) 3) Signals will show as Roaming 4) Reception varies at large depending upon the area, location (indoor/outdoor)

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I visited the BSNL office at Ghazipur today (Monday) during regular working hours, but it was completely closed. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer experience. Kindly look into this matter.

    @BSNLCorporate, @PMOIndia @BSNL_UPEast Again I'm getting only 2Mbps speed Please fix the issue and consider rebate in my monthly bill. Facing this speed issue for 10 days I launch the complaints multiple times but no action taken from higher authority of #BSNL

    @bsnl_care Just because of poor on ground support i am planning to exit from your service we are paying 953 Rs every month but local officers just useless and gives vendor number And thats why bsnl is dying @BSNLCorporate
