    BSNL broadband is let down. Chose it over other options just to struggle for installation for 7 days and then once that was done the network itself is down most of the time and there is no outage notification either !!

    @BSNL_KOTD you guys are still in 18 th century in terms of service. I lost my sim and went to BSNL office to get it but the reply was go to the same circle office to get it.

    @ViCustomerCare BSNL has timeline and commitment, that they will start 4g pan India by August 2022 & 5g by March 2023. But this #vi has no destination or no timeline providing good 4g indoor coverage or Vowifi. #vi worst network. Entire south india is neglected or avoided providing good coverage
