    @bsnl_tt Without proper network availablity, what's the use of such offers and publicity? Being in Hyderabad also your network is very very poor. Regretting on my decision to convert into BSNL. Looking forward to complete the TRAI minimum stay time. Once done, I will run back for 5g again

    @TRAI Chennai BSNL is unable to provide SIM replacement of Rajasthan Circle at chennai, neither Rajasthan BSNL is able to provide SIM replacement with customer identity proof and letter of authority to person collecting the SIM, pl take strong action against @BSNL_RJ @BSNL_CHTD

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM is not receiving any SMS/OTP. Network is available but mobile network state shows disconnected. SMSC cannot be edited. SIM already replaced but issue persists. Kindly refresh HLR & SMS provisioning urgently. Mobile No: 7589337649 Location: Punjab

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Hello @BSNLCorporate, For last few days, calling BSNL customer care for Bharat Fibre availability in Jagjeet Nagar near Bhajanpura (North East Delhi NCR), but keep getting diverted to other numbers. Frustrated! Please check and help.
