@BSNLCorporate The speed of FTTH connection has reduced drastically since last few days. The field staff (outsourced) even couldn't resolved the issue and they referred it to BSNL officials. Now I am pretty sure it will not be resolved by next billing cycle.

@BSNLCorporate Sorry BSNL but I'm porting out of BSNL. The 4G speed is horrible and it doesn't even load a 480p pixels video on YouTube. No matter how much data and cheap plans you provide if the speed is so slow it becomes useless. Please work on improving the 4G speeds
