Further, it is absolutely possible that I only experienced pathetic and worst employees of bsnl till now. Would soon be leaving this network.

Hi @PaytmCare @Paytm, my BSNL recharge (Order ID: 263161266668) has been stuck in pending for several hours. Amount is deducted but @BSNLCorporate has not received the recharge and I am not getting any service.

@ajay43 V r witnessing this already in telecom sector. Even in urban centres connectivity is so poor. B4 when BSNL used 2 b there the rural network was fantastic. That's also gone. U can even see how they hike their tariffs slowly nowadays.
