    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    I get very good bsnl 3g network and its speed is also decent on 3-4 ft above the roof of my house but on ground I get only 2g network without internet. Plz do something if u can. I already informed about this 1.5 month earlier @ 814152 rohini deoghar Jharkhand @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_AS ;@BSNLCorporate It is more than 32 hrs ,lodge complaint for poor. intermittent internet connection at Bokul Bon Path .Azara.Ghy 17. But other than assurance tweet nothing observed from bsnl part. From a reputed PSU expecting better service. Ph :2999194 Tel:8811096951

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate my karnataka sim is not working for last 4 days. Due to corona currently out of Karnataka but bsnl not able resolve post paid problem. Everytime bsnl says visit Bangalore office. Private Telco sending person at home bsnl not resolving issue over phone.

    @BSNLCorporate I have taken bsnl fibre connection and speed is horrible which is not going beyond 5mbps when checked using speed test while I am supposed to get 100mbps 06728-291344 3008308090 8008510663 I need upper level technical assistance to catch the fault in my line.
