    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    During this pandemic there is too much requirement of broadband service for online classes of children which is most priority basis but no-one in BSNL department were taking this matter in serious, kindly take necessary action @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNL_BR Already contacted but he is saying that he is not handling such issue of BSNL.Actually one thing i notice here that ppl are working very casually and not taking their job seriously,typical government employee mindset -“ kaam karun ya nahi karun, job rahega hi aur paisa milega hi”

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR My BSNL Bharat Fiber is down since yesterday morning complaint lodged.. Not Corrected till now ISDN: 07692-291025 Fault Booking Number 16780850381 Baripada BSNL office always delays to take up these issue.

    BSNL fiber line down from last 3 days, no response from the local team. Everytime we call, they say they will come but no one comes. If u can't provide the service then simply tell that. Horrible experience & BSNL is a shameful company @BSNLCorporate @haryanabsnl @DoT_India

    @BSNL_KTK no network in Bangalore electronic City since morning. Such huge outage not fixed so far. BSNL employees good for going on strike and asking for salary hike without work.

    @DisneyPlusHS @BSNLCorporate My subscription with BSNL Bharat Fibre for bundled Hotstar Premium pack is not activated for mobile number 7002707621 against BSNL Telephone number 03623-291054. Please do the needful for activation of the service ASAP. Thank you. Plan- Fibre Premium

    @BSNLCorporate There seems no serious effort to resolve and resuming mobile services from #Sakras BTS of BSNL Gurgaon as the matter many years old and the dispute with electricity dept haven’t been resolved so far , very disappointing tells the way of poor and slow working of BSNL Gurgaon?
