    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle Once he picks the call and very ruthlessly he said "If you don't want you can remove connection. I don't have any problem if you remove connection also" which is very arrogant. Later I got that he is JE in BSNL office.

    @BSNL_UPW I am from mathura, UP. and using bsnl internet service. from yesterday 12:00 PM clock net not working. Any they are sending message 10 times in day for bill payment.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CG_Circle I am trying to recharge Prepaid 9414682450 through Bsnl website/ @Paytm but unable to recharge. "Transaction Failed due to Invalid Service Class" error occur. Please look into it. These are the times of crisis & mobile plays a crucial role.

    But internet is not activated yet, when I enquired with many bsnl officials, got the answer that this service is only for govt schools and gram sabha not for the common people. Sir you have invested huge amount not for the development of the villages and ther people.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate My 0612-2952242 which is fiber connection is not working.Extremely poor response at Patna BSNL. Need to ping everyother day to restore the service which is very frustrating. Request to get it resolved earliest.Please the internet connection is gone from 2 days.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle In I had BSNL fiber in my home and from last two days internet is not working. I tried to call technician multiple times. But he is not picking the call.
