    During this pandemic there is too much requirement of broadband service for online classes of children which is most priority basis but no-one in BSNL department were taking this matter in serious, kindly take necessary action @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @PMOIndia sir, I want to change Bharat fiber plan. The only option is to visit the nearest BSNL office. I am senior citizen. I feel it's not good to visit the office during Covid second wave. BSNL selfcare portal didn't recognize me as a customer. Please help me.

    @BSNL_OR calling to the bsnl Baripada several times to get updates about the network connection in bsnl fibre called thrice no one responded it’s now close to 20 hrs and no connection yet

    @ndtvindia @BSNLCorporate Very poor BSNL network in my area ,Now almost every bank ATM ask otp to withdraw money ,OTP SIM is primary sim,so you people improve your network at least for OTP service otherwise a lot of people port BSNL no.

    @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate My FTTH broadband isn't working properly for the last 2 weeks and nobody is ready to help here in BSNL office. I have Rs. 999 plan for better connectivity but still facing the problem. It is affecting my WFH badly. My number is 01352973386.

    A totally failure at BSNL part. Why a so much waiting for installation. Is BSNL so busy to install connections or they don't want to install, better lock down the BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, I have told you many times before that there is a power problem in Chaunta, Exchange but you have no interest in solving it. You are not paying any attention to it.I think if there was a private company it would be solved Even now the net service is down
