    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @BSNL_OR very bad experience with bsnl network and your customer service. Without solving problems; they simply hang up calls. Zero customer value. Zero network service.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir/Madam still BSNL service not working in Titwala Thane Maharashtra after so many reminders we just get message sorry for inconvenience but no improvement in service request you to please take it seriously as its matter of prestige for govt & country as BSNL only left in hand

    Sir @AshwiniVaishnaw We are residing at village Bhadresar IDAR Gujarat. There is ongoing breakdown since 72 hours in BSNL mobile tower service. Authority isn't serious to resolve problem. Please manage to resolve the problem.
