    During this pandemic there is too much requirement of broadband service for online classes of children which is most priority basis but no-one in BSNL department were taking this matter in serious, kindly take necessary action @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw

    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @HingeNivrutti What is the market share of BSNL? 10% of the total base, why many ported out? What did BSNL do for customer retention? What plans BSNL have to attract lost customers again? Disclaimer I'm a BSNL customer , both landline and mobile.

    @BSNLCorporate couldn't send porting message to 1900 through my bsnl number. So I went to customer service center there they said I have to Recharge rs. 147. Why I have to pay such amount if I want to port to other sim card.

    Sir I am unable to port my BSNL number to other operator even though recharge with 147 &10 rs If I send SMS its show failed. I went to BSNL CSC also,but my problem is not solve .Pls help 🙏 @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate My ftth is not working. I have registered 10 complaintsbut no feedback still can use telephone on that . The provider doesn't provide user id and password He is a fraud std -05965 Now they are using bsnl ftth line for airtel ftth. Total negligence no officials

    @GarimaC61621790 No one is going to notice, bsnl will not even listen to the demands of the people. My problem was finally solved only after simultaneously taking it to The Secretariat, DoT and PMO. What will it be like for you? I'm not sure. This is the #BSNL

    @HingeNivrutti And I am not defending govt, Modi sarkar and Ravi Shankar Prasad are absolutely responsible for the debacle of #BSNL and ailing telecom sector. If BSNL & MTNL had gotten 4g spectrum in 2014-15, it wouldn't be in such a bad shape, and wouldn't need such enormous packages.
