    Finally I realized what a mistake I made by going to BSNL because none of BSNL's services are good, especially the internet is not good at all, and there are many problems like not receiving calls, so I request everyone not to use BSNL @BSNLCorporate

    @ pm modiji why you wasting money on bsnl useless co how he cheat his customer his recharge plan change every day what you change next day do not found in list .recharge for 2 month your phone will stop after 15 days no customer care work no email work you can not contact any way

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care every month 4 - 5 times internet is down. @AshwiniVaishnaw Why are not they able to replace or repair a 2km fibre? Very much dissatisfaction when govt is reviving the bsnl the officalis are not even bothered. Just stop their salaries they will scream.

    I am a BSNL FTTH user. Very poor service. SDO isn't bothered. At Saharanpur division on Gagalehri Nagal strech the fiber has multiple cuts OFC. Past 3 year bsnl officials aren't bothered to repair it. @AshwiniVaishnaw I have DM my Account Details.

    @DoT_India @TRAI @BSNLCorporate A SIM gets disconnected and it is still showing in Sanchar Saathi. BSNL does not own this issue and a ticket in Sanchar Saathi does not get addressed & emails on this gets no response. What is the use of Sanchar Saathi? #sancharsaathi #BSNL
