    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    During this pandemic there is too much requirement of broadband service for online classes of children which is most priority basis but no-one in BSNL department were taking this matter in serious, kindly take necessary action @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw

Just listen to my story!👇 ​I took my second number from BSNL with a lot of hope. ​But the real situation is very bad. ​For the last 10 days, there is no network on my phone at all! ​It got even worse. I did a 'manual network search' on my phone. Even then, the BSNL tower was completely missing from the list. ​ In today's digital time, a network connection is everything. ​You tell me. how can a normal person trust BSNL in this situation?

    @BSNL_OD Worst network. OTP came after 5 hours . Internet speed is very poor. BSNL still not launched 5G . Pathetic service. Pvt. Player occupied the market. So no value of 1 rupees freedom plan. Pehle network thik karo.

    @BSNL_JK @YouTube Plz, upgrade network of kangan town as the office of bsnl is set up but without any work or progress plz install at least two to three towers and upgrade the network

    @Ajaykumaarji @bsnl_care I had ported to BSNL from Docomo 13 years ago. Since then there have been negligible issues. For sure the clarity of call cannot be compared to Airtel or Jio.

    @BSNL_OD Can you please provide atleast usable 4g network in our village. The nearest bsnl tower is 2.5-3 km away so indoors just 2g, as private operators raising price it's a good chance to capture market. Please either setup new tower & use the existing ones to provide 4g service.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Your network is no where available. Then what is the use of any app. Shame on you. Even in prime area of New Delhi, near BSNL Head office, you won’t BSNL signal. Isn’t it a shameful thing?
