During this pandemic there is too much requirement of broadband service for online classes of children which is most priority basis but no-one in BSNL department were taking this matter in serious, kindly take necessary action @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw

When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

@BSNL_BR Dear BSNL, Really you guys are providing very worst services. Today I tired to call your customer care and they wont have any manner how to talk with customer. And even they don't have any knowledge. Today I know why BSNL has no existence.
