    @BSNL_BR I changed my bsnl no 9430212957 from bsnl old sim to new 4g sim from bsnl barh office, it has been more than 60hrs but mobile says switch off while it is not and tower is showing. No help from customer care.

    @DoT_India So far,the condition of BSNL's network has not improved.Many complaints, message goes in vain.The customer care and the ground team did not take the necessary steps to improve the situation. Everytime they say the problem is solved without being solved. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KTK there is no network connectivity for bsnl sim since 4 days near my area. This is not the first time. This keeps happening. If this issue is not addressed ASAP, the only option is to port. @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl #PatheticService
