  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i installed BSNL FTTH thinking that the BSNL service is best but i am wrong. The net speed since last one week is max 7 mbps and BSNL is promising 30 mbps speed. No solution even after continuous complaints. Worst service #bsnl_pay_us_rent

  @BSNLCorporate worst network provider even after repeated complaints bsnl doesn't bother to pay heed to customer's issues. the local bsnl service centres have no(atleast in my area) expert hands to resolve customer's issue they keep on asking you to change plans for better data/call services

  @BSNLCorporate Pathetic service provided by BSNL company in Ferozpur in Basti Tanka wali . I complaint many time regarding Network issue in my area but no one work on it . This time TRAI say 5G Launch in India .But there 3G is not properly work .I hear that New GM of Fzr are work very hard

  @PMOIndia my BSNL prepaid no.9443345864, having balance RS.2479 but there is no option to recharge PV2399 plan using main balance. I contacted so many times to customer care no one responds. Kindly do the needful to recharge Rs.2399 using my main balance.

  @BSNLCorporate Why should someone switch to BSNL? To get harrassed by third party middlemen(local contractors), as BSNL can't address the connections and queries by itself. Low latency in data, Connection failures and bad customer service. These ads don't help. Instead retain existing customers

  @BSNLCorporate Will never go to BSNL. My own experience was harrowing. I paid monthly rent diligently for 6 months without service. Mailed, complained, appealed…no bloody reply or action. I have had to return my number back, paying a ‘fine’! #neverBSNL
