    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting for BSNL fiber connection since Feb. 2022 Nobody response. Fiber connection already reached and operational in my village Govt School which is just 200-300 meter away from my home I don't know why your process is too slow. Thats why BSNL lagging from pvt companies

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i installed BSNL FTTH thinking that the BSNL service is best but i am wrong. The net speed since last one week is max 7 mbps and BSNL is promising 30 mbps speed. No solution even after continuous complaints. Worst service #bsnl_pay_us_rent

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR Sir our bsnl tower switch off when the electricity gone and also speed of network is very slow but other network working continue and high speed it is a cause for failure of BSNL. Please resolve the problem. Mukesh Kumar, YNR Mob. 94167 37350

    I have been trying to buy new connection since last 2 months but bsnl office which is available near me are refusing my request they are also not providing airfiber , so very bad service from bsnl (customer service is also not helping ) @BSNL_BR

    @priyathedentico You have to visit adhar updating centre . BSNL customer care also provide this facility. Some other institutes may also be providing. Check near by at google pl.

    Great service ,all services are outsourced and installation with modem cost around 6000 for BSNL Fiber, other private providers just charge 1500-2000 for the same service #TalkToBSNLCGMOD

    @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Dear Sir, Condition of BSNL LL & BB customers are very miserable. Due to regular Hike in Rental & this type of service & behaviour , our Exchange capacity is now remains 20-30 from thousands.. This needs to be treated as priority by the mngmt

    @MdWasiAhmad5 @CMDBSNL @DoT_India bsnl staffs, employees, executives, non executives, support staffs working whole heartedly in these pandemic period without salary. even more 300+ lives of BSNL has been lost. atleast mgmt should show some positivity to its employees
