    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i installed BSNL FTTH thinking that the BSNL service is best but i am wrong. The net speed since last one week is max 7 mbps and BSNL is promising 30 mbps speed. No solution even after continuous complaints. Worst service #bsnl_pay_us_rent

    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting for BSNL fiber connection since Feb. 2022 Nobody response. Fiber connection already reached and operational in my village Govt School which is just 200-300 meter away from my home I don't know why your process is too slow. Thats why BSNL lagging from pvt companies

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR Sir our bsnl tower switch off when the electricity gone and also speed of network is very slow but other network working continue and high speed it is a cause for failure of BSNL. Please resolve the problem. Mukesh Kumar, YNR Mob. 94167 37350

    @BSNLCorporate When ever i try to speak with a BSNL customer care executive 95% response i received was Please visit your near by BSNL office. Either it's a query reg New Sim or Postpaid Bill. I really feel if if that is the way you ask them to respond or they can't understand us

    @BSNLCorporate raised ticket but ticket is getting resolved without any action. BSNL folks are saying if we have any issue we can go for other providers.

    Sometimes you feel that BSNL services and their customer care cannot get any lower@,yet they dare to do the impossible and surpass the extrema. My service ID : 3008232798 is a total mess thanks to them .Once you upgrade a plan,there is no way to downgrade.@BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate very bad fiber optic service. I purchase 60 mbps plan. Actual speed 1 to 3 mbps and some time zero mbps. All goverment service are bad. Like durdarsan, bsnl, goverment schools @TRAI

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL Network is not working since 1 Day due to less range in my city. The range is not adequate to power our phones with high speed network and at times, turns 'E'. Please solve this issue as fast as possible. My Pin code is 508116 (Bhongir), Nalgonda, Telangana
