    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR Sir our bsnl tower switch off when the electricity gone and also speed of network is very slow but other network working continue and high speed it is a cause for failure of BSNL. Please resolve the problem. Mukesh Kumar, YNR Mob. 94167 37350

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i installed BSNL FTTH thinking that the BSNL service is best but i am wrong. The net speed since last one week is max 7 mbps and BSNL is promising 30 mbps speed. No solution even after continuous complaints. Worst service #bsnl_pay_us_rent

    @CMDBSNL respected sir Namaste in my village bsnl internet service is not working .I had lodged a complain to sde tdm and ea to CGMover phonebihar but no body is doing needful .I had also lodge a complain in bsnl pg portal regarding this but on closures of complain 3g services

    @BSNLCorporate @Bsnlodisha Team i don't know why you people came with BSNL fiber. If will calculate in avarage 30 then the internet will work for 15 days. Worst service, worst support, 757043 location. Maximum time internet will not work. I use pay 980rs per month. Improve it.

    @BSNLCorporate Whenever there is no electricity, Network of Bsnl also stops in Bhakrod village of Nagaur district (Rajasthan) I have complained regarding this issue earlier also but no solution.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi. I am BSNL Fiber customer. My subscription id is 0674-2951439. I have taken Superstar Premium Plus plan. I am not getting all OTTs as per plan. Bsnl help desk telling to contact yupp TV and yupp TV is telling to contact BSNL. No one is resolving issue. Sent multiple mails.

    @BSNL_BR My Demands: 1.Install High Speed 4G Tower at my location.There must be a 4G VoLTE Network in phone📱 3.The local BSNL office should be reopened.The BSNL SIM should be readily available at nearby vendors.Fixed Targets should be given to sell/port SIM to customer at my location.

    @JioCare Well just today i switched from BSNL to jio fiber thinking of better service but the ping in games is very high like litrally double In valorant i normally have 20 to 30 ping but in jio fiber i get 40 to 50 why
