    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i installed BSNL FTTH thinking that the BSNL service is best but i am wrong. The net speed since last one week is max 7 mbps and BSNL is promising 30 mbps speed. No solution even after continuous complaints. Worst service #bsnl_pay_us_rent

    I suggest all those who want to configure any fiber connection.Please prefer any other connection except poor BSNL.They are providing very poor services.They charged me 7000 for a bsnl fiber connection and after 5-6 months the speed reduced from 100MBPS to 1.8MBPS @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI please resolve porting issue Bsnl still deducting money for every porting request but it was not happening in my case, amount got deducted multiple times but still my port issue still pending

    @BSNL_BR @bsnlbroadband for new FTTH connection (plan 599) BSNL charging Rs.5000+ in Munger. Then the no meaning of "waive off BSNL installation charges till 31 May 2021". Please provide the right solution/contact person & charges for new connection.

    @BSNLCorporate Another day passed with no response/resolution. No once called/updated. It makes 10 days of no internet and open complaint. Even escalation doesn't work at BSNL? Will there be any compensation of the loss?
