    Out of 30 days of my monthly plan of bsnl fiber I only able to use 20 days of it, rest of the days went with no internet issues. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Why is BSNL Fiber's downtime so frequent? Other providers don’t face this. At least send a prior notice—sudden 7–8 hour outages cause major issues. Bringing features like other fiber brands would really help customers. It will be appreciated.

    @DoT_India Dear sir/madam, I have been facing challenge with my father's bsnl number. It has been deactivated due to a gap in recharge from @bsnl_care,@BSNLCorporate unable to recharge also because bsnl is not allowing to do it. Please help to get it reactivated. Thankyou

    Just now I was getting BSNL's 4G network on my phone and the internet was working fine. Just 2 minutes ago it went away. Now instead of 4G, 2G is coming. My address - J113, Ramnagar Ln, Azahar Mollar Bagan, Garden Reach, Kolkata, West Bengal 700024 @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_care I had applied for a BSNL SIM card via the doorstep delivery service on the official BSNL website. I successfully completed the online KYC and made a payment of ₹153 on 11th July 2025 at 3:21 PM through Google Pay.

    @robertravi21 @RameshVenuturu Wifi of BSNL for account numb. 8009229426, associated with phone number 06594233706 Since 11 days not working, the male staffs on duty are drunk all the time at chakulia,Jharkhand.THE OFFICE STAFFS DONT ATTEND CALLS at Jamshedpur.And only one assurance कल हो जाएगा. Disgusting🥲

    @JioCare Why should we bear with you? Your duty is to fix this at earliest. We have given you preference over government BSNL. My neighbour has no such issue, you are just making a fool of mine.

    Thinking of getting another SIM card .Is Airtel a good choice ? Ik BSNL is rising but it still has limited facilities / services ( OTT , slower network , inconsistent etc )

    @NamitaJaiHind You better port it to Airtel or Jio real soon. VI is definitely riding into the sunset.. Had to port my wife's and mother and mother in laws VI sims to Airtel due to horrible connectivity in Bangalores peak zones. Funny thing is BSNL too had better connectivity compared to VI 🤷
