Flat 70k savings per year. 1122 high court judges in total - 7.5 crores. You see thats how leakage happens. Just fix three things and you will see massive savings 1. Dedicated phone lines with unlimited SIM cards 2. Toll waiver with toll reimbursement 3. Dedicated chauffers and convoys with bus or train based transport from residence to court You see the potential? How many hundreds of crores will be saved per year?
