@BSNLCorporate plans are so misleading!! I was going to port the SIM to another network but found a good deal on BSNL but it was misleading. It said 365 days validity but in reality, it is incoming validity, not outgoing (not mentioned clearly while you recharge).

@DoT_India,Terrible website of @BSNL_KTK. Login every 60 days else mandatory password change for which an OTP is sent that is valid < 60 secs & 3 OTPs later, system is blocked for 24 hours !! Senior citizens take time but BSNL is not concerned? cc Minister @AshwiniVaishnaw ?

If there had been any issue in @airtelindia or @reliancejio the engineer visit the place within a few hours and rectify it. But engineer from @BSNLCorporate… wait they don’t exist at all. The only efficiency BSNL does is while collecting bills. The worst ISP ever in India.

Do not use paytm to recharge bsnl number @BSNLCorporate is going down and will go down because of no support @Paytmcare will be ruined soon bcz of their policy to not help it's customers. Reference no. 6157240943 Order id 194625655747 I have informed bsnl & paytm within 1 minute

@bsnl_ap_circle @MobiKwik I have recharged ₹439 from Mobikwik platform. The recharge was successful but it hasn't reflected at BSNL. When contacted BSNL customer care and provided the operator reference ID they are not ready ton listen to concern.Finally, a ticket was raised
