Post offices are plagued with Internet problems, especially rural places. At most of rural places BSNL having frequent internet problem, no UPS at exchanges. Please provide robust internet connection so we customers can get non stop services. @rsprasad @IndiaPostOffice @PMOIndia

I did not get the bill by email either as is my standard practice of not wasting paper. I have a registered profile where my 2 Bharat Fibre services + original Wireline service & 2 BSNL wireless prepaid services are listed.

@HathwayBrdband Worst service from hathway broadband at Hyderabad.i have complained about router replacement(not working) on last sunday.they said service time will be 48 hour but no response till today.. Nor recommended at all..BSNL is far better than this..

@BSNL_KTK @bsnl_bangalore wondering how U guys feel while taking your salaries without contributing. BSNL connections in Brindavan layout, kadugodi is down for 7 months. Ppl continue to pay monthly charges. U hv a bunch of unprofessional BSNL staff here @CMDBSNL need your help
